Not worth the drive and time I can waste my money on something better than this

Excellent as usual

You never know what kind of attitude you're gonna get at this establishment. Many times when you walk in here, you're treated like an enemy. Anthony often looks at you like why are you bothering me? The older bald than guy is often impatient disrespectful, rude and clearly has a temper. It seems like the ladies at the register don't know how to work it every time there's a transaction It's like they're doing it for the first time. Forget about trying to place an order on the phone. It’s like speaking English to them is a different language than what they cannot interpret. Tried to use a gift card from the establishment, which turned into a five minute project with two people having to try to figure it out.
I mostly stopped going because of a younger guy at the register who often seemed angry also and looked at you with a blank stare, as if you were an enemy . When this store first opened up, it was like a carnival attitude, full of appreciation and workers who are happy to see you. That environment has long since past I mostly go to Marios, even though the weight is much longer. The prices are much better and the service is much more consistent and you're not treated like the enemy.
It’s too bad because some Tuscany food is very good and it’s right across the street from me walking distance actually.. Most of my neighbors seem to agree
The reason the ratings are so high on Facebook is they removed the bad ones. This happened to me.

Best Italian market in southwest Florida! Sandwiches are amazing, all the other food is homemade and fresh! The chicken sausage is the best I've ever had! Everyone who works there is extremely friendly and accommodating! I'd give this place 10 stars if I could!

Great good selection. Eggplant Parmesan juicy and tasty. Sesame bread wonderful with cold butter. Cute looking guys working there.

Great Food! Great Taste! Used to buy all my Italian Groceries at an old Favorite a few miles away but the taste of the food at Tuscany is way better! You need to visit ! The best.
