1-Star Review First Time Trying Zaxby’s (Fort Myers)
Tried Zaxby’s in Fort Myers for the first time this past Sunday a last-minute decision for dinner. We ordered three takeout meals, and for the most part, everything seemed decent.

However, my order (a Cobb Zalad with grilled chicken) was completely inedible. The pre-cut chicken pieces looked grilled on the outside with grill marks, but when I started eating, I noticed the texture was oily and squishy. After pulling a few pieces apart, I realized the chicken was still raw inside. Definitely not fully cooked.

If I or my child had eaten it without noticing, we could have become extremely sick. This was very disappointing and concerning for a first visit. Food safety should never be overlooked.

Zaxby’s
This was the 1st time I have ever been to a Zaxby’s. They have lots of Salads, Chicken Fingers, Chicken Sandwiches and even Veggie Egg Rolls on the menu. I got Zaxby’s Signature Sandwich, and my wife got what’s called the House Zalad and the Veggie Egg Rolls. Ordering was easy at the front counter and our food came out quick. My Sandwich and Crinkle Fries were ok noting super special about them. My wife’s Salad was huge and lots it items and they all looked fresh and tasted great. The Veggie Eggs Rolls were a little well done for our liking. I found the food here to be ok, but the Salad was a step above for sure. I give this place 4 out of 5 stars.

Went 30 minutes after opening. Very bad quality for the prices. The chicken tenders were a 3rd of the size of the pictures. Food was lukewarm. I ain't paying 14 dollars for a lukewarm low quality meal. The Employee who took the order was not rude, but could use some training in friendliness. The Employee who handed me the order made no eye contact. Said no words. Just stuck arm with order out of the window. The drinks all ice. Maybe got 4 ounces of pop out of a 44 ounce cup.

Omg. I love this restaurant. Everyone is so kind and the manager is awesome. Remembers min and my families name, our order and asked our son about his day. The food is perfect; however, bring back the chicken tocos! Our day is complete when coming here. Thank you all for being you. Go visit and tell them Michael sent you. lol!

I love this place, and the food is great! Prices are fair for the big serving portions. Variety of food. Laid back place. Good for family. Manager Annie was very knowledgeable, sweet, big smile, and friendly. I will go back. I recommend it to everyone! ❤️

We ordered ahead of time and got here around 5 mins early. The Zaxby’s said this location received the order, but when we came up to the drive-thru, they said they didn't receive it. They said somehow the order came late so I made us wait at the curbside parking. They ended up getting our order wrong. Annoyed with this location.
