“I enjoy going to Pappys for karaoke, especially on Wednesday and Thursday nights which is mostly Karaoke. Friday and Saturday nights are fun! The KJ Jason does a round of karaoke and also mixes up the atmosphere with some fun fast songs to dance with before restarting the round of karaoke to keep everyone happy and engaged in the fun! The bartenders are always greeting customers with smiles and learn your drinks if you become a regular! It’s a fun place to sing, dance, play pool or just hang out with friends!“

“The square grouper is a hip all outside beachfront bar/restaurant. It’s 21 and older so it’s likely they will card you when you enter. And that also means it’s a mellow place to spend an evening. The live band stage is awesome and the band that was playing while we were there was really good. They have a great selection of different types of beers and a huge cocktail menu. The food itself is only okay really. Pictured is the signature burger. It was certainly large and full of substance but it was pretty much just an average burger that can be bought anywhere. The conch fritters I was very excited about because the host recommended them as his favorite appetizer and I’ve had some really great conch fritters elsewhere. But these were only just average as well. There were a few bites that were extremely chewy and tough. And even a couple times when I bit into what felt like maybe a shell or something hard. I was disappointed by that. The fish and chips were good. The fish was more like fish nuggets than a filet but they were tasty. Nothing to write home about but enjoyable. Nothing can touch the beautiful atmosphere at square grouper. That is the best thing going for this place. The palm trees. The ocean. The smell of saltwater in the air. The coastal breezes. Oh my. You won’t find a more beautiful place to dine anywhere. If you do it’s gonna cost an arm and a leg. Square grouper is affordable. I would return in the future. I wouldn’t hesitate if you’re reading this review and wondering if you should go. I highly doubt it will disappoint.“

“Best best rum runners it's become one of my favorite spots they mix it just right! Drive thru window is so convenient seriously! The inside could be super crowded Haven't tried food but the frozen to go rum runners omg to die for! Price is good too! Location is cute!“

“What a fabulous restaurant !!! Our first time here was on a Saturday night we had 30 minute wait which was perfectly fine. The food was delicious and we will be making Skipper’s Cove one of our favorite places to eat and relax listening to music. The atmosphere was very relaxing and we were very impressed. Victor came over to introduce himself to us knowing it was our first time here, our server Ryan was fantastic!!!!! We will be seeing you again very soon.“

“Such a great place! Can't remember the name of our server, just that she was from Gatlinburg! She was incredible, so friendly and took great care of us. Food was so yummy. Had the cheese and chorizo dip which was incredible. Bourbon chicken and pork chop for entrees, both very good. The grits were out of this world amazing! Will come back for sure!“
