Dunkin' offers a variety of options, including vegetarian choices and accommodations for dietary restrictions. They have plenty of parking and are wheelchair accessible. Customers can enjoy frozen coffees and, on occasion, kids may receive a free donut. There was an incident where an employee was subjected to inappropriate comments, but another employee, possibly named Patricia, provided excellent customer service by correcting an ordering error. It is suggested that Dunkin' provide training for handling inappropriate customer behavior.
