Went to Dunkin earlier and i was about 3/4th person in line awaiting my turn when i seen the manager walk pass her employee to go hold a conversation with another employee while this young lady struggled to get to us all with customers in the line complaining as the manager talked to the other employees as if there was not a line i got out of line walked to the side up to the young lady tried to offer her a tip for the hard work she was already doing and she wouldn’t take it she looks like she is under the weather her name tag said Tori or Tory i can’t remember but it’s sad that management act as though it wasn’t even a line feel better young lady because you can see in your face that you looked I’ll sorry for being brought up sound poor management

I usually don't write reviews but I am so over this location, everything we have tried at this location is horrible. the person taking our order never knows how to take the order and my coffees are always just milk, like they don't know how to use the espresso machine. I always order a macchiato with almond milk. Super easy. Always wrong. Sandwich bread is either burnt or not toasted at all. This location needs some serious training. Went in today and tried to get the toasted white chocolate signature latte and the person making the coffee's didn't know what was in it and asked me. It took 5 mins for me to order 4 Sandwiches and 2 coffees. I left with 3 sandwiches and 2 "coffees " that taste like straight milk. Won't be back to this location at all. I don't care how close it is to our home. Spent 20$ and still had to brew coffee at home to get some sort of caffeine this morning. Thanks alot

Most of the time my donuts are avail but I have come here 2x when I was offered munchkins instead of the old fashion dougnut and those doughnuts are hard at times from sitting out ..but, still being served to customers...

$22 bucks of junk. Whoever was working on May 21st at 11:30 you screwed up avocado toast...it's supposed to be toasted hence the word toast and have everything seasoning on it in a box not a smoothed bag. The 2 iced coffees were wrong. One was insanely to sweet and the other looked watered down with nothing in it that should have been. Your phone is disconnected, guessing cause all the complaints. I want my money back.

So now I come back and I order an egg sandwich and they told me you had no ketchup they could have told me that prior to that if you want ketchup we don't have any which is ridiculous anyway then the two people working behind the counter don't even wish you a good morning or a smile on their face or thank you Good service

i was the only person in line as the cashier continued for almost 10 minutes to make orders as they came in for the to go’s. After quite some time i said hi and he said yea what. i was like we are waiting to get coffee and he said ok. very rude then asked us to place our order through mobil system. their system is fine he just said it would be easier for him. sad this is what it’s come to

Before entering, I placed my order online in the parking lot and upon doing so, I accidentally pressed the order button more than once, and didn’t mean to. After about five minutes, I became frustrated and went inside. The staff was very welcoming and helped me with all my issues. The food was ready and perfect and this is the main reason I will always go to Dunkin’ Donuts. Thank you.
Vegetarian options: There are options like egg, white omelette bites, hashbrowns, and other items.
Dietary restrictions: They offer a wide variety of options for dietary restrictions, as far as in coffee and food products
Parking: I have never had a problem with parking coming or going at Dunkin’ Donuts.
Kid-friendliness: Dunkin’ Donuts is definitely a kid friendly environment. The only problem you will have with your children is them making a decision on what to eat lol.
Wheelchair accessibility: I have never been to Dunkin’ Donuts where there wasn’t wheelchair accessibility and make it comfortable for the handicap.
I totally appreciate fast friendly service with a smile. Always delicious hot fresh coffee and great donuts for dessert. Thank you, crew and staff you guys rock.

Dunkin' Donuts is probably one of the best places to get donuts and other food. We love there Wake up raps. the talk is the coffee is probably one of the best out there.Almost every single time we've been to a Dunkin'. Donuts, whether we go to the drive-through or we go inside. The people that worked there are so friendly and never haven't had an attitude. Oh, don't forget the Dunkin munchkins. Absolutely one of the best pastries you could ever put in your mouth. The doughnuts ah to die for, of course not literally. If somebody asked me will there is Dunkin' Donuts or another donut big company which I will not name. I will always say Dunkin'. Donuts, and i've been around for a little bit about six decades. No with all that said go get your dunkin on..
