Our experience at this location was terrible from start to finish. When we arrived, no one was at the register. After several minutes, an employee appeared and said someone else would help us, but no one came. More customers walked in, and everyone was just waiting around confused.
After about 10 minutes, two employees came out talking about missing supplies instead of helping customers. We finally ordered three coffees and three sandwiches, but they kept chatting before even starting our food. When the food was ready, we were still waiting for our drinks — our food got cold while we waited. When I asked about the drinks, the employee said, “I’m making the food, you have to wait.”
When the drinks finally came, they were all wrong. Overall, the service was completely unprofessional and unorganized. Definitely the worst service we’ve had at this chain.

Never staffed right and the staff is rude online orders should be priority i don't order ahead so I can get there and wait and then the worker is even more rude at the end of it fix this or dunkin should pull the franchise agreement

Worst dukin I’ve ever came across!!! Worth continuing your drive to the next one trust me. There never by the register always always in there phone not paying any mind to what you need. Staff look like they just come out to help when it suits them.

Went to Dunkin earlier and i was about 3/4th person in line awaiting my turn when i seen the manager walk pass her employee to go hold a conversation with another employee while this young lady struggled to get to us all with customers in the line complaining as the manager talked to the other employees as if there was not a line i got out of line walked to the side up to the young lady tried to offer her a tip for the hard work she was already doing and she wouldn’t take it she looks like she is under the weather her name tag said Tori or Tory i can’t remember but it’s sad that management act as though it wasn’t even a line feel better young lady because you can see in your face that you looked I’ll sorry for being brought up sound poor management

I usually don't write reviews but I am so over this location, everything we have tried at this location is horrible. the person taking our order never knows how to take the order and my coffees are always just milk, like they don't know how to use the espresso machine. I always order a macchiato with almond milk. Super easy. Always wrong. Sandwich bread is either burnt or not toasted at all. This location needs some serious training. Went in today and tried to get the toasted white chocolate signature latte and the person making the coffee's didn't know what was in it and asked me. It took 5 mins for me to order 4 Sandwiches and 2 coffees. I left with 3 sandwiches and 2 "coffees " that taste like straight milk. Won't be back to this location at all. I don't care how close it is to our home. Spent 20$ and still had to brew coffee at home to get some sort of caffeine this morning. Thanks alot
Most of the time my donuts are avail but I have come here 2x when I was offered munchkins instead of the old fashion dougnut and those doughnuts are hard at times from sitting out ..but, still being served to customers...

$22 bucks of junk. Whoever was working on May 21st at 11:30 you screwed up avocado toast...it's supposed to be toasted hence the word toast and have everything seasoning on it in a box not a smoothed bag. The 2 iced coffees were wrong. One was insanely to sweet and the other looked watered down with nothing in it that should have been. Your phone is disconnected, guessing cause all the complaints. I want my money back.
