Great Food, Amazing Workers, Excellent Service !
I recently had the pleasure of a fantastic experience from start to finish. I called ahead to place my order, and the gentleman who answered the phone was incredibly polite and knowledgeable about the menu. When I went to pick up my order, I was greeted by Marcus, and I immediately recognized his voice from the phone call. LaMattina's Trattoria is a hidden gem of an Italian restaurant, offering the best Italian food in Port St Lucie. The food is spectacular, out-of-this-world, and absolutely everything is incredible. The quality of the ingredients is noticeable right away. Meals mentioned include delicious lasagna, baked ziti, penne a la vodka, sausage and peppers, meatballs, chicken parm, garlic knots, brick oven pizza, cheese pizza, bruchetta, knotwitch, wings, and the brookie skillet with vanilla gelato. The crème brûlée was a standout. The meatball appetizer is delicious, and the lunch special (two slices of cheese pizza and a drink for under $12) is very reasonable. The atmosphere is very nice, and the place is very clean. The service is outstanding, top notch, and fantastic, with a very professional and nice waitress. The owner is friendly and attentive, making the food himself and ensuring everything is superb. For catering, they deliver excellent service and give peace of mind; the catering menu has quite a few selections. Highly recommended for all catering needs.
