“This is a hidden gem in PSL West. I had the Grilled Chicken Panini with french fries, a choice of cucumber salad and for dessert a slice of the most delicious cannoli cake with pistachios.Food was so fresh and tasty. I found Nonna's Bistro & Cafe during a professional development near by during lunch break. It is a place worth to come back.On Saturday March 9th, 2024 they have a special event for the whole family. I recommend this place, you won't be disappointed.“
“We walked into Pastaio at about 845 not knowing if they’d take us since they closed at 9pm. However, this is one of our fav places since moving to PSL and we thought we’d try. We went to the bar to see if there were seats and we were greeted by Bryan. He was amazing. Definitely goes above and beyond. We had a great experience. “We accidentally came late (they close at 8 pm - we got there at 7:41 pm thinking they were open until 9 pm). The food was excellent - the best we have had as far as Italian food since living in PSL (10 years)!!! We ordered the Fettuccini Ashley + shrimp with a side salad, the lasagna with the white bean soup, the garlic knots, the Moscato, a Yuengling, and a tiramisu. The waitress was covering a late rush and closing and was still pleasant. The prices were amazing! We will definitely be back!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free available!“
“This place is every bit what the name implies -- fresh!!! The food experience was next level authentic Italian. We were a party of 10 with a reservation in advance. We were seated upon arrival and waited on quickly. Appetizers arrived at the table quickly as well. However, the entrees took some time to arrive - slightly longer than usual, in my opinion. The food was superior in taste and generous in portion size. Everyone in my group enjoyed satisfactorily, and most took home leftovers. Appetizers begin at the mid $ teens to twenties, and a basic entrée (no meat) starts in the $ twenties. I can't say this would be a regular option for me as the price range is $$$. However, it was a special occasion celebrating an anniversary with family. There is a main dining room [which we sat in] and a bar area separated by the bathrooms, which are located in the center pathway connecting both eating areas. There are apparently different menus that serve each area. We learned that when we were ordering, my nephews were seeking to have burgers but were told that the item was only served in the bar; the server made no exceptions. Didn't see kid-friendly options on the menu or server willing to accommodate. The main parking lot is dedicated solely to valet. However, you can park your own vehicle across the street. Seeking authentic Italian, this place is it!“
“We were staying close by at Sandpiper Bay Resort, and were looking for an Italian Restaurant to celebrate out 17th Anniversary. We ordered Eggplant Parmigiana, Chicken Frances, Chicken Piccatta, Shrimp Scampi, and Veal Frances………..All 5 Entrees get 5 stars….We think it is the best Italian we have had in years!!!! The Best!!!! “We got food from them two times and both times the food tasted great! I got the pesto pasta both times. The first time it was amazing! The second time it was still good but extremely oily. Way more than the first time. Not sure if it was a different cook or something so that was the only reason for 4 vs 5 stars. Overall we’ll get them again and I’d highly recommend them!“
“So we went there for lunch the other day and got slices and garlic knots. Everything was excellent. Knots are amazing and pizza was really good. Staff was very friendly and accommodating as we only had about 20 minutes. Saturday night we placed an order for delivery. Eggplant rollatini, knots, pasta fagoli. A small calzone and mussels. Fast delivery for 6:00 on Saturday within 30 minutes. Food was fantastic. We will be back soon. We love the fact that they are open for lunch.“
“Went for the salas and bachata dance classes on Wednesday and it was amazing. The instructions were great and everyone was friendly and helpful. “If you haven’t tried their Strawberry Chicken salad you’re missing out. This salad has grilled chicken, fresh greens, mozzarella, strawberries, apples & candied pecans. I paired it with balsamic vinegar dressing but they have other choices. This salad was huge! Enough for two large servings and tasted amazing. Do yourself a favor and try it!“

“I was having trouble with a vehicle and I was looking for parts and my money was a little tight. So the logical solution was to get some more work so more money would come in. The next thing I know I am looking at an add for a line cook for a restaurant I have never heard of. I called and talked to one of the managers and he said to come in the next day and fill out an application. I go in to find one of the best places in town that not many know about and they are great people from the staff to management. I get the job and I get to cook some of the best Italian food in town. Thank you.Vegetarian options: In Italian cuisine the main objective is to use fresh ingredients and they stock the best vegetables and produce. So if you want something please call the restaurant or talk with your server and they will work with you.Dietary restrictions: The restaurant is a private establishment so if you have any concerns please contact the restaurant or talk to the manager and they will do what they can to assist.Parking: The restaurant is in a plaza where almost all the other businesses are closed during dinner and that’s their busiest time.
