“I have never been disappointed in the pizza. Our office orders several times per month and always order the Veggie Special (love the fried eggplant on it!) and a large Cheese pie. “Had dinner there last night. First time back since the reopened with 2x the space. They also now have a full bar which is where we sat.

The food was great! We had the mozzarella of the day as an appetizer, which they say is for two but certainly good for four. It was absolutely fantastic. I had a stuffed pork chop and my wife had a pasta special. Everything was wonderful. They have a nice wine selection as well.

This place is a gem. Great food, great service, nice atmosphere. They are even open for lunch Monday through Friday.“

The owner is a nice guy who sits outside and greets you as you come and opens the door as you leave and thanks you for coming. Something super rare to find. But the food is excellent! “I dined here last October with a group of people. To be honest I couldn’t recall what I had. I was told I had the duck but, honestly it obviously didn’t leave an impression one way or the other. Why I had duck at an Italian restaurant is beyond me. Clearly it was not the dish to try. However, that was not the experience I had with my most recent visit.

The Ambiance
The ambiance is a cross between your typical Italian restaurant with wallpaper scenes of Italy and a sports bar with photos of baseball players (predominantly my team, the Yankees) and a Tom Brady wall when he was with the Buccaneers. There’s high-top tables and bar seating in the bar area and a large dining area in the dining area.

The Service
Efficiency with a smile would be the best way to describe the service. It seemed like everyone had a job and each person filled that job to perfection. Tables were cleaned as soon as they were messed, dishes were cleared as soon as they were done, drinks were refilled immediately all with a smile and the utmost of courtesy. As a restauranteur, I must say I have never seen such efficiency and professional courtesy all in one package.

The Food
If you like big dishes, one’s that provide enough leftovers for a week, you’ll love this place. If you like fantastic Italian food, this is the place for you, if you enjoy a great dessert, you’ll find one right here.
For our appetizer, we shared the Calamari. It had a crispy crust and a uniquely chewy, yet tender interior. My lovely bride chose the Chicken Piccata over a bed of Angel Hair Spaghetti. The chicken was oh so tender with just the right lemon in the sauce to add a bit of zest. I chose the eggplant parm with rigatoni and sweet Italian sausage. The eggplant, although a bit thicker than I like, was covered in a crispy layer of melted mozzarella cheese. The eggplant was tender and tastefully finished with a nicely seasoned breading. The entire dish was amply topped with a robust marinara sauce. The accompanying rigatoni was a bit too thin for me but was cooked Al Dente to perfection.

For dessert, we chose the tiramisu and peanut butter pie. Both were excellent with the tiramisu featuring just the right blend of coffee and cream. The peanut butter pie was oh so creamy and finished with a sprinkling of chocolate. Both were a fitting way to end a great dining experience.

The bottom line
The bottom line as always with my reviews is my “customer so what” … would I come back? I’m sure you know the answer based on my above review. Although pretty expensive for an Italian restaurant… $150.00 for a party of two, the size of the dishes is big enough to provide leftovers for another two dinners, I definitely would return and if you haven’t been there, it’s definitely worth the trip.“

“A taste of New York has arrived to Port St Lucie. This is basically a take out pizza place. It has seating for about 10 people. We ordered a medium pizza with several vegetable toppings. I think of myself as a pizza expert and this pizza reminded me of Ray's from New York City. The crust is not to thick and properly cooked with a nice crunch. The mozzarella is nice and gooey. The pie was not greasy and it was not overly spicey. I live to add hot pepper flakes and parmasean cheese. This place is wonderful and the staff is very friendly. Prices are very reasonable. Plenty of parking, easy to find.“
