I ordered two lunch steak hibachi meals, and unfortunately, the steak was overcooked. I called to explain the situation, and the gentleman I spoke with was very understanding. He mentioned that takeout orders can continue to cook after they're packaged, which I completely understand. However, I let him know that this was the first time it had been this overdone.
Without hesitation, he offered to remake both meals, and the replacements were absolutely on point. I...

Last weekend, my Family had a reunion and had our first experience at this restaurant in Lakewood Park. I had one of the Poke Bowls, my Daughter had another one, and the rest of my Family had a Hibachi style meal. It was ALL quite DELICIOUS! I'll return again when I visit from Sebring! Thank You so much for your DEDICATION of EXCELLENCE! This is DEFINITELY the place to dine in LWP!
