Food was good. I ordered on the app. Parked, checked in, and waited for order to be brought to the car. No carhops. A nice young lady asked us to drive around to the drivethru. Strange. Only two young people working.
Ordered through the app and wasn't able to get what I ordered! Staff was rude when you can not check in to a spot...and half of the time none of the otder screens work well. This place needs a revamping! Old and run down.
The Red Velvet shake was nasty - maybe it could’ve been blended better. They had no slushes that night so a FU the above was given. I asked for tea for my runner up surprise- I got cookies and cream shake. So just nothing. lol the Lot had trash everywhere in the front. Machine was down in stall 5. The app didn’t want to check me either. Hooray. Things are just dying down in the world of fast food service.
