Want to say a BIG Thank You to the staff at our Ft. Pierce, FL Starbucks! Staff is working hard and are always kind and accommodating. I'm never afraid to ask them how they make a special coffee drink or ask them to make it "my way".
I come here all the time. 80% of the time I order online and pick up. I have never had a bad experience with any of the staff, ever. Even on the busiest days they are calm, friendly, and not running around like crazy. I am always greeted when I walk in and when I say bye and am told to have a great day. I feel acknowledged when coming in and leaving.
Today started very poorly as I headed for the doctor. It was extremely hot and ac wasn’t doing the job. I pulled into the Starbucks in Fort Pierce placed my order reached for my card and I couldn’t find it . In a panic I apologized and was preparing to drive away when the young woman told me to take the drink. She could clearly see I was upset by the loss of my card and she was so was so kind and gave it to me . I’ll return next week and will take her the money, and hopefully...read full review
