Have a coaching conversation with the employees making drinks to actually put the drink out for pick up if they made it. Every night before work I order a drink for pick up & also pay on the app 99% of the time unless the app is acting up. Once a week I will get a worker who makes the drink & sets it in the refrigerator so I have to stand there for 10-15 minutes before they realize they never put my drink out.
