Stopped by this location on 11/22 for the $6.99 Meal Deal. After ordering my sub, I went to the soda machine for my drink. I then filled the cup with ice and Sprie. I noticed several flaky, black substances coming out of the spout and into my cup. Upon further inspection of the machine, it looked filthy and gross. I notified the lone employee, who then stated she would call the manager and let them know. She did not attempt to clean it and just carried on like it's no big deal with no immediate remedies. While letting the manager know is fine, unsuspecting customers was continuously exposed to potentially dangerous grime. Not cool. And the bathroom was horrid. It makes me question if they use sanitary techniques during food prep and in the food prep area.

Took a coupon for 3/$17.99 but THIS location gets to pick and choose which subs it includes for this coupon! They have picked the 5 least popular and cheapest to make! They said that since it's a franchise location, they get to pick and choose. Also, if you get a BOGO on your app, they won't honor it!! Doesn't the owner realize that if he accepted all coupons and specials, he would be a lot busier and make MORE money?? There's one 3-4 miles away that accepts ALL!! Stop calling your location Subway if you're not going to accept their products!!
The cheese steak sub was so skinny and tasteless. I will never eat there again

The employees are always nice but yesterday I was very turned off by the young man reaching in his pocket to check his phone several times while making our subs YUKKKK phones are the dirtiest things ever, it doesn't help to wear gloves if you are touching other surfaces with them . The store is run down and often dirty . I've had issues in the past with this store and this is the last straw!!!!
Not open 24/7. Literally a fence across the door. Employees would rather stand outside and smoke.

I thought It was a random occurrence that I came across a miserable angry employee but everytime I’ve come here to order it’s been the same experience. Lazy, Rude and down right just unprofessional. If you want a good subways go to the one on okeechobee near the turn pike.
