I was so excited to order red grapefruit and honeybell oranges from Al's. The honeybells were supposed to be so sweet, juicy, and delicious. Instead they called today and said they actually ran out of oranges and I won't be getting any. I can get a refund or Valencia oranges instead. I'm very disappointed. I really think this is avoidable and they should be able keep stock of their inventory- especially since it's end of season. This really shouldn't happen.
Best temple oranges I have had in years
I wanted to share an update about my recent order from Al’s Family Farms.
My box of Temple oranges ended up taking quite a journey — nearly two weeks in transit. Early on I struggled to get clear help through customer service, and it wasn’t until about 11 days in that one of the owners, Matt, personally stepped in. He took the time to look into what had happened and explained that the representative I had been working with was new and unfamiliar with the proper procedures.
