I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but this establishment and the employees behavior is absolutely unacceptable. This establishment needs new management immediately! You’re allowed to place online orders for coffee/food and multiple times upon arrival to pick up my orders the employees have “shooed” me away, telling me to figure out how to get my money back because they are closed when online they are open until late, just complete laziness and poor customer service.

This place is absolutely terrible, the service is always bad. I always try to give them a chance but at this point there’s nothing you can fix. The employees are really disrespectful and do not care about working there. Never going again

The one star is preposterous. Should be 0 stars. No management available to resolve issues. The website allows for online orders but upon arrival the single employee there decided to close the store before closing hours. He refused to serve the order and proceeded to yell and say to call corporate. Corporate is a series of automated processes and messages, never got a human, a resolve, a refund or the wasted time back.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was just unacceptable. First, my order was completely wrong. When I brought it to the staff’s attention, there was no apology or attempt to fix it.

On top of that, the food I did get was terrible.Dry, hard, and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. Nothing was fresh, and it was honestly inedible. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality and basic customer service.

Won’t be coming back and definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Horrible customer service. I did an online order and I wasn't able to get my food or coffee because Subway and Dunkin' Donuts closed before I got to the location for my pick-up that was during their regular hours as shown online.

The employees at this buiness are not just lazy & slow they are also very rude. Im not making a review because of one bad experience. I've had multiple bad experiences at this establishment & not just with subway but with the dunkin donuts as well. I like to give people the benefit of doubt and understand people have bad days but when im treated like trash for simply expecting services that I PAID for is when I draw the line. I've had many bad experinces with dunkin donuts but I remember a few weeks ago I placed an oder for 1 coffee.. that's it 1 coffee. I placed the order online so it could be ready when I got there, I arrived maybe 8 minutes after the order was placed and nothing was ready & there was no employee to be found. I waited another 15 minutes and nobody ever showed up. I left and came back the next day to find out the person working that day was on break and in their car, so my coffee was never made. The girl I spoke to was very nice & gave me a donut for the money I spent on the coffee I never received, so I didn't complain. Now on Tuesday of this week (7/15/25) I placed an order online for subway. I am pregnant and was really craving a sub. It was 6pm when I placed the order for pick up. I looked online & it says they closed at 8pm so I placed the order for pick up at 6:30pm. I arrived at 7pm and everything seemed closed. I still waited around hoping they had prepared my order before closing two hours before the posted closing time on their website. The clerk that was working the cash register at the gas station saw me waiting and rudely yelled at me to say they were closed. Now im not a confrontational person but the way I was spoken to really set me off. I told him I had already placed the order and paid online & he continued to yell that they were closed and shoo'd me away with his hand. I asked him if he was going to give me my money back & he said no, its not his problem I had to call subway myself and get my money back. I left extremly irritated with the way I was treated. When I went on the subway website there wasn't a number you could call only a chat room to chat with a bot. It wasn't helpful at all & what I ended up having to do is call my credit card company & get the charge disputed. It was a waste of my time. I still don't understand how I can place an order at 6pm, pay for it and when i arrive everything is closed. The closing time for subway is 8pm so i'm still very confused as to what happened. I wish I would've gotten a name or picture of the clerk that spoke to me so rudely but I was to distrot at the moment to think of it. This gas station is the closest to my house that has a subway and dunkin donuts but even with that being said I will NEVER be returning. It actually baffles me that they're still open. I hope they get shut down one day because that's what they deserve. The employees there don't even seem to care about their jobs, so i doubt it will even affect them. I rate this establishment a -0.

Placed a subway order online at 6pm for pick up at 6:30pm Got there at 7pm to pick up and everything was closed. The employee working at the gas station told me they were closed and was shooing me away with his hand. I asked him how I could get my money back and he said it’s not his problem I had to call subway myself. I looked online and it says they close at 8pm when I stated that to him he continued to shoo me away and tell me to leave because they are closed. The Dunkin’ Donuts at that gas station is also trash. You can place an order online and still have to wait 20 minutes for 1 coffee. If I could rate this place 0 stars that what I would give them because that’s what they deserve. The worst service I’ve ever experienced in my 28 years of life.

Anyone that reads this please ignore the 1 star. This place is a -0 star establishment. What a horrible place of business. From the gas station, to the Subway and to the Dunkin Donuts. This place lacks customer service and proper management in all departments. You can place an order at Dunkin Donuts for pick up, and arrive to an empty Dunkin Donuts with no employees to be found, I waited 10 minutes for someone to make my order that I already had placed, online to speed things up for my tight schedule. Seems like they take the longest breaks and would rather smoke cigarettes outside. The subway cannot even get the hours of operation correct. I placed an order just to arrive to an already closed Subway 2 hours before their posted Hours of operation. The clerks at the gas station are clueless and rude. -0 stars from me if I could. Horrible.

I should of checked the reviews before I ordered. They did not take the 20% coupon when it said it was participating. I got a Churro which was hard and dried out. Not fresh. Avoid this place as there are other locations better.

Sales old food!! I ordered a home style chicken and food was horrible - had an old and weird smell - I had to spit it out!! I ordered a bag of chips and the chips were outdated as well… the employees were nice!! But started to get frustrated with me - because I needed my money back!! DONT EAT HERE!! I hope I don’t get FOOD POISONING- if so I will file a LAWSUIT!!
