“I live about 2 miles from this Wendy’s and even though it is the closest fast food to my house I would gladly drive several extra miles to get other food because of such poor service and food quality. I did that for a few years and each time I would give in, I always regretted it.
Well, I tried again tonight and am so glad that I did!! April and Tory (?? The manager at 10pm) gave me unbelievable service and went out of there way to make sure my food was hot and quick. They are so kind and friendly and I’m really glad that someone stepped up and my Wendy’s will be a great place to go again.“
“This is by far the best Wendy's I've visited in a while... Food was hot and fresh. Customer service was great as well! and the best parts about the whole experience we didn't wait long for our food. It's one thing to have to wait for your food get a cashier with an rude attitude and the food isn't even fresh nor has the quality the restaurant allegedly advertises but this Wendy's exceeding in service! The food’s always fresh, the dining area is always clean, even the bathrooms are always spotless, I’ve been to this location more times than i can count, and have never had a single issue. Love the friendly atmosphere!“
“I ordered late night and they got my order wrong by mistake. I called in and Dwayne told me to come in the next day to get a free replacement. My boyfriend went to pick it up for me and they gave me and him a free combo each. Dwayne the manager was really great he went above and beyond. 10 out of 10 customer service.“
