I went here for a quick lunch and ended up being pretty impressed. The food came out fresh and hot, and everything tasted better than I expected for a fast food place. The staff were friendly and kept the line moving even though it was kinda busy. My burger was made right and the fries were crispy, which doesn't always happen these days. Went in for a quick lunch and came away pretty happy with the experience. The food came out fast, which was great since I was on a short break. Food was lousy cold when I went back in wait 20 minutes to see manager she ask what the problem was and laughed.

Wendy's is a fast-food restaurant located in a poor part of town. The parking is great, but some customers have crazy demands. The staff is polite and accommodating, with some standout employees like the sandwich girl on 10-17-23. The cashier Mrs. T was professional and provided great service, although there have been issues with food temperature and running out of printer paper in the Drive-Thru. Despite these issues, the orders have been mostly correct, and the store is clean. Customers hope Wendy's can improve to earn that 5th star.
