This place is pretty damn decent considering the area. Sushi rolls are reasonably priced compared to the competition and we're always happy with the Smokin' Eel and TNT rolls. I think they recently changed their udon broth and it was for the better. Service is always on point and everyone working here is always really nice.

Had ordered to go. We had ordered a regular teriyaki chicken and also chicken teriyaki with noodles. Had asked for the one with noodles to have double meat and no vegetables . They put it in the smallest container they had and did not include double meat. Was not worth the money for the portion size. I understand things are expensive but when the meal they are serving an adult look like it could only feed a child.

Service was immaculate but food was terrible. First the ginger salad tasted so off and the dressing was not made right. Secondly we asked for yum yum sauce and it wasnt yummy. The deluxe hibachi was burnt. The sushi just tasted like you bought it from a grocery store. The cook stood over us while we ate. It definitely has went down hill here.

I don't know. It's been about 6 months, maybe a little more, since I've been here. I used to go once a week, but something changed here, and I can't put my finger on it. The service, albeit was friendly, came across inexperienced. My soup was given to me and my fiancee with the guys hands over the top of my bowl. Fingertips gripping the sides. As did my seaweed salad. And if I'm lying, I'm dying. His thumb knuckles were touching our entrees. The soup was decent but was luke warm. Oh, we got fried wontons, but no silverware. In my opinion, the sushi rolls were on the small side. Mine looked no bigger than a dime, as far as the width goes. Hers were futomaki style, maybe the size of a quarter. Her entree was good, yaki soba noodles with chicken. Mine was good enough. A little cafeteria-esque, perhaps. Chicken and shrimp hibachi. The chicken was diced up with teriyaki drizzled on top. It just looked odd. With all this said, the wantons were great. Everything else, was meh. I'm not mad at it. So that's 1 appetizer, 2 seaweed salads, 2 miso soups, 2 entrees, and a beer and sweet tea. 115 bucks with tip. All in all, I give it 2.5 stars if I could. There's too many sushi places around to be this mediocre. I wish them the best.

This is for mgmt. Spent $150 on 2.5 people for lunch, so when the cashier doesn't ring the chef special roll correctly, don't come to the table and explain why you had to make me something I didn't ask for.
I wanted something called a caterpillar roll in our states, I had asked if it went by another name or what was similar so I could order that one. I was told, he would make me something so amazing that I would forget about the caterpillar. Sold!! Tell them to "ring up something with avocado in it."
I did as I was told, though it didn't go right, so l let the chef know what was rung as I didn't know the protocol. When the roll arrived, it was explained because $18 wasn't rung in, he made us a $10 roll instead, well we were charged $13 for it. How disappointing.
As far as the food taste, top notch one of the best in town, value is a little steeper than the competition. We indulged a little more than normal, top shelf Saki and we also have a 4 year old California roll eating monster, but this is more of a $100 experience.
I would have marveled over that specialty roll, but unfortunately, it would have been a $5 loss. I'll still go back, but I'll be more open to try new places and that wasn't a mindset before this lunch.

The chicken was great, they are a great hibachi place and have great chicken and fried rice. Their gyoza is super crispy and tasty, the ramen has great broth and has great effort put in but the pork was sadly dry and burnt, grilled just too long and the ramen noodles didn’t taste fresh. Probably better in person. The pork was hard to eat as the burnt taste heavily went through, but I will try again sometime and if better will re-rate accordingly.

Wasn’t impressed at all, to be honest. The food was mediocre (the hibachi was sub par, but the sushi was okay). The service was decent, too. I honestly wouldn’t recommend, but everyone likes different things! *shrug*

Sushi was good, Hibachi and teriyaki was bland and overcooked, and dumplings were mass-produced frozen variety. The service was excellent.

One of the best sushi places in FWB, on par with Domo and Soi Bistro, if not better.
