Service sucks for some people..i wish i could review food but Me and my wife sat waiting for an hr without getting our food and we were the second group of people to enter. We watched people come in eat and leave while we waited. Won't be back.

Listen anyone got anything bad to say about this place is lying!!!!! We drove all the way from Birmingham Alabama!!! Food so good we came back the next day ! Both times the food was amazing! My husband from Alabama I am Jamaican born and raised . And this was definitely authentic and reminded me of a home cooked meal straight out of Jamaica ! I love it! I had the escovicvh fish hubby had the jerk chicken! Amazing!

Where do I begin? As soon as I walked in, I was struck by the music playing on a Sunday—it was neither family-friendly nor appropriate, making it clear that this was not a suitable environment for families. The woman handling the food was constantly distracted with her AirPods in and was not wearing gloves. I ordered to-go, and the food box was broken, causing my food to spill out. It was complete chaos; none of the staff exhibited any knowledge or professionalism.

I was unaware they were close to closing time, but regardless, they failed to provide the correct portion sizes, essentially shortchanging me for what I paid. They also didn't have three items I ordered, and no one had the slightest idea of how to process a refund. As a result, I left without my $40 refund, feeling as though I had just given away over $40. The presentation was dreadful, the service was terrible, and the environment was neither family-friendly nor respectful of Christian values.

There is no way that these people are Jamaican. 2 times I've ordered from there and the food is disgusting. Cheap rice and the rice and peas hard as a rock and white, so they use can peas. First time the oxtail wasn't browned first and was white. It's disgusting.

Overhyped! Food was NOT all that and way too expensive! Overpriced small portions. 🤦🏾‍♀️

OMG! We were heading to airport and was hungry. Our Lyft driver Stefahnie suggested Bamboos’s. The Jerk Chicken was so delirious although we went for Beef Patties. I’ve added to my list so when I return in October. My friend traveling with me is Jamaican. He also put his stamp of approval on the chicken.

The best part of the meal was the Red Stripe. Cabbage and rice are both lacking in flavor. A bit expensive for something im not going to finish. The jerk chicken was good but more like baked chicken with sauce on it. Sorry won't come twice.

The place was dead when we got there and we wrote it off like it was maybe just an off day, but after eating there we can see why.
Food is not worth it, and the service was as bad as a scene out of a movie. We came for lunch, spent $40 on a 6 popcorn sized shrimp curry and a sandwich with about 1 oz of meat in it. Saving grace is it tasted good for the little bit you get, but there are so many other places that are on par or better at a better price, why pay more for a worse experience?

Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly, kids stay away, not the vibe of the place at all
