The onions, carrots, and broccoli were undercooked (Panang Curry). They were crunchy as if ready to use at a Petting Zoo.
The food had very little to no flavor. They just used cayenne to simulate the heat that a dish with a robust flavor profile would have on its own.

Food is great and was hot and fresh. We shared the Tom Kha soup which was good. MIL had Thai Eggplant which she liked. I like the Thai fried rice. I tried it with crispy chicken this time, it was good but I should have asked for a sauce. Egg fried rice for the toddler which was good. Hubby likes the Crispy Spicy Chicken Thai hot. Of course very spicy but he likes it. My only thing was when my mother in law was asking questions on the soup because she wanted to try something new,...
