I ordered the new Dubai chocolate shake and also the gummi bear cup via the BR app. When I picked up my order I was handed the Dubai shake inside of the gummi bear cup. I didn’t request it to be placed in the cup because the cup is a gift for someone else(who happens to have peanut allergies). I asked if the drink was a large (32oz) because it’s what I ordered and the woman in the drive thru insisted it was. The gummi bear cup is 20oz. I took the cup back inside to BR and explained to the employee I didn’t want my shake inside the gummi bear cup and that I also paid for 32oz shake. She made another shake to put in the correct cup size and had given me a new unused bear cup. I gave 3 stars since my issue was corrected.

I had a picture ice cream cake made for my son's birthday and it turned out perfect and it was delicious. Also, they got it done earlier than expected.

Took my teenagers here for ice cream and we all absolutely loved it. The staff were friendly and quick. Try the Strawberry cheesecake is was fantastic!

This was my first time at this location and it was crowded but the employees worked quick and got people in and out. I did get the smoothie and idk it didn't taste good & it's probably because of my medication but it tasted really artificial but that's the recipe. My kids did enjoy their ice cream and complemented it. For this location to small & busy, I do highly recommend and great for families.

This is what I call happiness in a cup. I have not had BR in years and was so excited when we got to FL and decided to stop in. I LOVE the chocolate moose royale but I didn’t see it in the display. I asked the gentleman working there and he had a small amount in another freezer, so I was able to get two scoops. Both gentleman were so nice to me and my husband, I wish I would’ve asked their names.

Stopped for a cool treat in the hot part of the day. Everything we got was delicious. Ms. Phyllis made sure all the kids got what they wanted and was very professional and kind. The only thing that could have made the visit better would be a little more shade for the tables.

By far the BEST Baskin Robins I’ve ever been to! The staff is Amazing and the Store is Well Loved and Cared For! My only complaint is they don’t have German Chocolate Cake Ice Cream year round!!!

Ice cream was good but staff was really rude while we tried to decide what to order. Glare from sun through windows made it difficult to see options & left us sitting in the sun to eat our ice cream.
