This is what I call happiness in a cup. I have not had BR in years and was so excited when we got to FL and decided to stop in. I LOVE the chocolate moose royale but I didn’t see it in the display. I asked the gentleman working there and he had a small amount in another freezer, so I was able to get two scoops. Both gentleman were so nice to me and my husband, I wish I would’ve asked their names.

Stopped for a cool treat in the hot part of the day. Everything we got was delicious. Ms. Phyllis made sure all the kids got what they wanted and was very professional and kind. The only thing that could have made the visit better would be a little more shade for the tables.

By far the BEST Baskin Robins I’ve ever been to! The staff is Amazing and the Store is Well Loved and Cared For! My only complaint is they don’t have German Chocolate Cake Ice Cream year round!!!

Ice cream was good but staff was really rude while we tried to decide what to order. Glare from sun through windows made it difficult to see options & left us sitting in the sun to eat our ice cream.
The guys was very pleasant and friendly and didn't take long to finish my order

Not one smile the entire visit was bad it was like they felt like we were there annoying . In addition the restrooms are out of order tried to ask for a cup of water for our puppy while we were waiting forever for our ice cream and they charged us $1 for it and it came full of ice and was about 3 in tall not to mention that the ice cream which we ordered multiple different flavors all tasted freezer burnt and the Scoops are about the size of a very undersized tennis ball truth is it just sucked all the way around I was shocked because I've been eating Baskin-Robbins and going to their stores for ice cream since I was a kid I don't know if somebody else runs the company or the privately owned or what but the Eglin Parkway Baskin-Robbins owner should not own an ice cream shop which is supposed to be a happy place

Boyfriend and i went in for a sweet treat around 9:30pm and when we got ready to pay I realized i left my card at home. The employees overhead my boyfriend and I and one of the gentlemen Taylor and a lady behind the counter offered to pay for our 13$ total. I did end up paying them back but the kindness they showed was REFRESHING considering the way society is today.

A big shout out to Taylor at the Baskin Robbins in Fort Walton Beach! The line was out the door and he was the only employee serving the inside customers. Customers in front of me were ordering banana splits and sudaes, all time consuming orders. This young man kept his cool and made beautiful looking orders in spite of the crowd. Thank you, Taylor!
Don’t come here unless you want your debit card stolen, the customer service here is terrible and older guy is very rude

Everything was great except for the one old guy who should not be working in customer service, he might’ve been the owner. He was extremely rude and unnecessarily impatient despite the relatively short line. We taste tested 1 ice cream flavor and he got annoyed and said he “needed to move the line along”. Other than that all of the other employees were kind and patient and the ice cream is of course fantastic!
