Nice view not much room on inside dining room to sit, but my main issue here the 10.00 for some orange juice….. won’t come back just because of this.

Beachview Breakfast and Grill has a lovely atmosphere and the view was perfect! However, the non-alcoholic drinks are outrageous! I nearly fainted when I realized that a glass of orange juice was $10!!

A very lovely restaurant. An excellent view. We were not able to eat lunch because we were there at 11 and they did not serve lunch until 12, which I think is odd but oh well. The breakfast was delicious and the drinks were very good.

This was our 3rd time patronizing the restaurant and the service was poor at best, however today they were just stand offish and rude.
Don't think we will be back.
Many other restaurants would love having ustomers.

This restaurant is situated in a great location w/a nice view of the beach, thus the name. The food was good, especially the shrimp & grits! 10/10 highly recommend! Also ordered 2 drinks, the Beachview Sunrise & the Beachview both of which were served in a plastic cup for $12 & $14! In my opinion the drinks were very overpriced for the size & I also do not like my drinks served in plastic cups. Other than that the food, service & views are worth coming for. We enjoyed the experience.

Beach View Breakfast Grill was the perfect start to our morning! Fresh coffee, ocean breeze, and a killer view right from the patio. The staff were super friendly, food came fast, and everything tasted homemade. Highly recommend the pancakes, omelet, and especially the Salmon BLT — perfectly grilled and full of flavor!

Atmosphere 10 plus !! Who doesn’t love an ocean view with breakfast ! We both had breakfast skillets ($20) was very good ! It was a bit pricey like $80 for breakfast ! A glass of orange juice is fresh squeezed & fab but it’s $10 a glass ! We each had coffee! The service can be a little lax - way too common nowadays ! We took a croissant sandwich back for Mom she said was very tasty !

The french toast was different than what I'm used to but this different was awesome. Even bacon was thick cut. So glad we went here and we will return next time.

The server Ana R was horrible! She did not smile not one time with anyone at my table. She did not listen attentively to our orders when we placed them. She didn't give us any silverware when she gave us our food!! When we asked for silverware, she brought out forks and butter knives open in her hand, not wrapped in napkins as the other tables She served! They didn't look clean, we soaked them in the cups of water we had on our table!! This was our first experience at this restaurant during our annual vacation for my mom birthday and everyone stated they didn't like the way Ana R treated us and they would not return! I told everyone I don't think it was the overall restaurant, just a bad server whom acted as if she didn't want anything to do with our ethnic background! She had no problem interacting with other ethnic backgrounds as I observed! She definitely earned herself ZERO tip from a table of 5! Such a beautiful location with live music and it deserves beautiful behavior from their servers!!! I asked Ana R can I add grilled chicken to my garden omelet, she said yes we can put it on the side. I asked if they could just add it in the omelet. She again said ok, when my omelet arrived, the cut up grilled chicken was laid out on top of my omelet. Poor customer service!

took us a while to get seated even though there were only about 6 people in total there, our host didn't let us know they stopped serving breakfast until we had already gotten our orders ready. our food was good, highly recommended the blackened Mahi sandwich and the grits. the key lime pie martini had good flavor, but it was so thick we could barely drink it. overall a decent place for food.

The Mahi sandwich was delicious and the cocktails were good … however, 6.00 for a regular coffee is a bit much
