Bippy's by the Beach Frozen Yogurt

This place opened at 1. We came at 2. The floors were filthy and the tables were as well. The girl working was getting things set up. I really think this mess was left from the night before. There is no way it would get that dirty in one hour. Plus, nobody else was there.

Just left Bippy's FWB. The service was awful. Young man behind the counter was not helpful at all except to take our Money. Two machines not operable (chocolate & salted caramel). No hot toppings at all. Again, counter worker didn't seem to care. Was busy texting on his phone. 1:00 on a Saturday afternoon, seems like you guys could do a lot better with customer service. I hope owner reads these reviews.

You can easily tell this place is slowly going out of business. 4 years ago this place was really good. I think the lack of cleaning and consistent broken machines is the obvious sign that this place is dying. While it still taste pretty good because it’s really hard to mess up frozen yogurt, however, people would pop in and immediately leave. Only like 2 out of 20 would even get anything. People can just see that it’s over.

As locals, we have visited Bippys frequently over the last 7+ years. The quality has really gone down. There are no longer tasting cups, must pay before filling your self serve cups, and cost is based on cup size vice weight as it was in the past. During our last visit, every table outside was dirty despite being completely unoccupied. Also, the floors inside looked like they have not been swept/mopped in several weeks. There were two young employees there so they did not appear short staffed, just miss-staffed with workers that don’t know what to do or don’t care.

I work in food service. And I'm just going to say that if my dining room and condiments looked like this I would lose my job. The state of this place is unacceptable. Old discolored toppings, dirty serving spoons, food all over the floor, dirty broken machines that are not pushed all the way to the serving counters. How do you as a worker look at this place and think it is okay? You're going to get people sick! I've only seen one other place look this bad and they were shut down by the health department. DO NOT EAT HERE! DIRTY!

Holy smokes!!! This place is a DUMP!! DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY! Signs are written on the wall. Machines are broken and dirty!!! Floor is disgusting. Tables dirty. Counters by cashier dirty. Trash can dirty. Very neglected establishment. Feel bad for the young cashier working as she is being misguided and under-trained.

I used to love coming here, but I haven't been in awhile since I moved. I was in town and decided to stop by. I was fairly disappointed in their new cup sizes. I got the $7 cup and it was barely big enough for a couple of toppings even when I only filled it up about half way with yogurt. I understand cost of everything has gone up, but it's a bit much for the new sizes. This place has gone downhill.

This place really has gone downhill, sadly. I came in a couple weeks ago and waited forever (4-5 mins) for someone working to ask me what size cup I wanted. I got tired of waiting and just left. Then I went in again recently and most of their machines were down. It just seems to be ran really sloppy in the last year or so. The ice cream truly is good when they want to give you some or their machines or working. I just wish it was a little more of a friendlier, cleaner, functional establishment like it used to be.

Very disappointing. Several flavors were not available or the equipment was down. The employees were not helpful, even when asked. When paying, you try to ‘skip’ the tip (due to lack of any service) and the machine won’t allow you to pay. You are forced to select one of the predetermined tip amounts…..won’t come back, wouldn’t suggest you try it either ….and the frozen yogurt was ho-hum at best…

Sadly this place has really gone down hill. Stopped in tonight for a frozen treat and half the machines were down and there were no sugar-free options available. The toppings bar had about half of the normal selections available and it was a mess! Toppings were scattered all over the counter and the floor. I asked the employee for more Nutella, and she reached in the freezer and handed me a container that was frozen solid...what was I supposed to do with that?? Very disappointing visit...don't think I'll be back any time soon.

I wouldn't recommend if you are looking for a variety of flavors and friendly staff.Most machines were done and out of order

I was craving some fro yo while driving through town and this was the first place that popped up. It was fairly priced, pretty clean and great after lunch dessert (don’t judge me). Each bowl pictured costs $7 and you could fill up with the all the goodness you usually find at fro yo spots. Will be back for a return visit in the near future ?.

Awful service! Everything was dirty. The two girls, especially the one with short dark hair, were so rude. The toppings looked like they were going bad and the machines looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a week.

DONT FIX WHAT AINT BROKEEE me and my bf used to come like 3 times a week to bippys because we were addicted to the pineapple dole whip. We came back today for the first time in a month or so and it tasted wayyyy different. It used to be bright yellow and tart and delicious and now it looks more pale and tastes more creamy and not tart at all :(

Cool little yogurt shop. Unfortunately most of the yogurt machines were down so the selection was limited. Satisfied overall with the experience though.
