Huge shoutout to our server for showing us exactly where not to go for a birthday dinner… or any dinner at all.

We were told there would be about a 35-minute wait for food, which was totally fine. What wasn’t fine was waiting 20 minutes just for our server to come take drink orders — and she only had 2 tables. Drinks and appetizers took forever, and when the food finally arrived, it was cold or barely warm and clearly had been sitting.

Trying to get her attention was nearly impossible because she was too busy flirting with the men at her other table instead of doing her job. We barely saw her unless she was rushing past us. I eventually had to go to the manager just to get to-go boxes and our cheesecake back.

Overall, awful service.

First time here in a couple years. Great food as always but the service was the absolute best. Rebecca was our server and was not only super attentive but has a genuine sweet personality that others in the business should follow. You have a gem for an employee. Hard to find someone of her Calibur especially at her age.

The food is the same as it always has been, fine. But it should be embarrassing for the owners, given the low cost of LED TVs, when well over half the tvs have failing cells. They are literally unwatchable.

terrible food and service. Wings were tossed in side dipping sauces.

We almost always go on Tuesdays for the discount on wings. Upon arrival, the waitress, with a horrible attitude, told us it had been a busy day and that our order would be delayed, to which we replied that it would be no problem. We ordered 10 wings for 20 (a special offer for that day) and fries on top, which she never brought because we ordered them with drinks. The waitress arrived and placed the food right on top of my baby, spilling sauce all over her face. My husband and I quickly cleaned it up, as it got on her face and eye. I was so angry because how could something like this happen, since she's so careless when serving food. I'm grateful that the sauce was cold. I can't imagine hot sauce hurting my daughter's face. I get so frustrated with these kinds of situations because, like what happened to us today, it can do the same to anyone. Besides seeing that she spilled the sauce on her, she offered us boxes to pack the food so we could leave. We didn't leave (why did they kick us out?). After what happened, she didn't even come back to the table. The food was cold. The truth is, we always went there; this kind of situation didn't happen. My baby is 8 months old, and it's not fair that she has to go through this because of the waitress's negligence.

The salt and vinegar wings are to die for. Our server was great and made sure we had everything we needed. The bottomless apps are a steal, my kids ate so many cheese sticks it was awsome😋. This place great for a night out with the family or a work luncheon.

Tried the bottomless apps for $10, overall the food just isnt good, queso is from a jar. Simply low quality food

Oof what has happened to this place. I waited 10 minutes for a greeter to even greet me, then 10 for server to show up (she was really kind), ordered apps and drinks and apps and drinks came quickly, but no one came back for my order for over half an hour, then the server so awesomely switched us to unlimited apps which didn’t show up for another hour and my meal didn’t show up till all meals were cold or warm at best. Plus the floor looked like a confetti bomb went off, tables sat dirty and the bathrooms were appalling. My wings were awful, they gave me more than ten to show me more than ten ways to be sad over food. My tots arrived 10 minutes after my wings and generally nothing EXCEPT the kindness of our server was worth talking about. This was truly a bad experience OUTSIDE my server.

Got seated immediately. Sat down for over 20 minutes without even a hello from any waiter. People near us that were seated after us were already getting food and we still didn’t get anyone to our table. It was not even busy, only a handful of tables were occupied. Ended up just walking out due to poor customer service. This is the third time this has happened, each time going there hoping for a good experience. On our previous visits the food was always wrong or tasted terrible. Hire more authentic people who actually want to work instead of staying on their phones ignoring customers
