in there about 50 times since they've been open and I have never had one problem. Correction yes they mistakenly brought me a double order of wings once and did not charge me and as a former restaurant owner of over 28 years I know what to look for. Quality service and cleanliness was acceptable.They exceeded my expectations.
We came in from out of town with a large party and had reservations and everything. Our food was not fresh, some had chicken that was pink on the inside, the fries were cold . The waitress was not friendly and all over the place and gave herself a $13 dollar gratuity for a bad service. She never came to check on us to see if we needed anything. I will never patronize there again nor will I recommend
Spoke to Manager, I mentioned cold plates, cold sauce caused wings to get cold; Managers response "Plates and sauce are not cold they are room temperature, there is nothing I can do about that, I don't have anything in the back of the kitchen to keep plates warm and in the last 7 years no one has ever complained about the "cold sauce" or "cold plates" ".
