in there about 50 times since they've been open and I have never had one problem. Correction yes they mistakenly brought me a double order of wings once and did not charge me and as a former restaurant owner of over 28 years I know what to look for. Quality service and cleanliness was acceptable.They exceeded my expectations.

First time there, waitress was very nice. Boneless wings were amazing. All white meat, no fat or gristle, and not dry or hard. Pretzel bits are awesome.

Best chicken so fresh

I think her name was Emma..she didn't say but I think that was what.was on my receipt. So I ordered.the lunch buffalo chicken salad. Came out in a small bowl and.the lettuce was.big
I needed a plate to cut.the chicken and.lettuce up. I asked for a plate and she brought.me a small plate . I had one already. She never checked back with us, the water was.spilled and she didn't even notice I was trying to.clean ot up with napkins..she was not on her game serving my table. She barely spoke to us. Return visit I don't know

This was our first time dining here. Well, I had my husband pick up our order. The lady on the phone was super nice. The wait time for pickup was average. The food..... the wings were a nice size but lacked flavor. They were boring, omg. My husband had the hottest flavor offered, and it wasn't hot at all. I had garlic hot or honey, and the flavor was flat. The truffle fries were just ok. I don't think I'll visit again but try them out for yourself.

I had such a great experience while dining here, waitress was super friendly and helpful. Food was hot and very tasteful. Will definitely be going back next time I'm in town!

If you like small and crispy wings, this is the place! We forgot to take pictures but we ordered the traditional buffalo, garlic parmesan, lemon pepper, onion rings, and Saratoga chips and everything was delicious! The dry rubbed wings are hands down the best! The buffalo wings were delicious! And garlic parm was so good!!! Our server was really nice and didn’t rush us despite how busy it was. She was really sweet and answered our questions. Will definitely go back!!

Food was great but I don't know what is going on here. This is the 2nd time I've been here and the server (bartender) has added extra charges or tired to charge for something that should come with order. I went online to show that if I order take out, everything I wanted should have been $25.77 (see pics), which is already quite high for lunch and .... $10 more than BWW for the same lunch, but fine if food is good. However, our server added and additional .50 for the blue cheese and said "celery would be another $1.50 with the blue cheese". Online order and menu at restaurant clearly includes both. It doesn't stop there. My daughter ordered the lunch special boneless with blue cheese and side Caesar salad. It says it comes with celery and when she mentioned I could just have her celery vs paying $1.50 more, the server said "I know it says that, but it does not include the celery". Again, I have a picture that specifically says "celery". Maybe she is adding on things so her tip is bigger and the restaurant makes a little more - idk. But after two times, this will be the last for me at this location - Still left a 20% tip, but it would have been 10-16% more had we not felt cheated, etc.

I like the food here but lord, these people are the stingiest as can be with booths. The people who seat you get so snarky when you ask and they’re full when over half of the restaurant is empty, I know it messes with waiter’s layouts but come on, and to be so rude about it too with under the breath comments and rude faces. I’ve just started leaving when they say no and honestly think my family will stop coming.

My elderly mom w dementia was craving some wings so I took us out w my 10 month old baby girl for a lunch date. Exciting right?! Not! We walked in w baby on my hip. I have her sippy cup w water and my mother has her water bottle as well bc we drink filtered water. We walk in and we are told that it’s not allowed and for my mom take her water bottle back to the car. Girl, said my daughter can have her sippy cup but my mom can’t have hers?!!! She said we are welcome to drink their water. Ummmm, No thanks on your nasty city water. We even opened the container to prove it was water. After standing there going back and forth ABOUT WATER WHILE I WAS HOLDING MY BABY we walked out and found a better place whom allowed our water w no problem. Judging by your most recent reviews and how empty your establishment was when we walked in, you might not want to be too picky about WATER! UNBELIEVABLE!!!

Advertise spicy onion rings. None available. $5 bottle beers at 12 in the afternoon on a Tuesday. The sauces were good. Service didn't listen. Not busy
