Prepare to wait for your food. Whether if it's a long line or not... You'll be waiting 15 to 20 minutes tops. 🥴 But, I can say when I got my food it was fresh. I always go through the drive-thru.

Even when I order online, they still make me park on a parking spot and I wait maybe 10-15 after that for my food. I've given them 3 chances. The food comes out cold and late. They are pathetic there.

The worst BK. I waited and waited for them to take my order and then waited again just to get it. It's like, there must have been 1 person taking order, cooking it, bagging it and then giving to person. Unbelievable. Don't call it fast food anymore. Duh!

Ordered food online, went to pick up, we ordered double patties and received single patties, my boyfriend was polite and calm when he let the guy at the counter know about the mix up, a different guy came out from the back unprovoked and threatened to knock out my boyfriend. He is lucky he didn't call the cops on him for threatening him. Wouldn't recommend this place.

You always have to wait atleast 10-15min to get your food. In my experience after having to wait there is always something missing or wrong with my order. To be honest I love the flavor of BK, but with the service of this location I choose not to go unless I'm really craving it.

Sketchy characters hanging out on the side and front of the building at this location!! The employee had her friends in the parking lot hanging out and was taking them food making us wait. I would never send my child here after dark!!

I have been trying to eat for two hours! I've been to two places and both got my order wrong. It was correct on the screen. I would have eaten it anyway but it was so gross my dog wouldn't have eaten it! I don't know this town and now I have to try to find the place again just to get my money back . On top of it all, they pulled me up and made me wait and i was the only person there! Worst ever!
