Food is hot and good just a few hit and miss. Check your orders if you're taking it to go. I ordered the Supreme Sampler it was supposed to have 6 shrimp, mine had 3. The chicken "strips" are not. I received two nuggets, and 4 hushpuppies. Thanks for the two extra HP, but I'd prefer and paid for 6 shrimp. The friend okra they hit it with salt once out of the fryer, I couldn't eat them they were so over salted. Small attention to detail would improve ratings.

I never seen dumb people like this old man who was rude to me, I was first time in Captain D’s, never back again.

Yea, this place is a joke. Came here about a week ago and the food was disgusting. Seemed old as heck! I tried to speak with a manager about the situation but the lady got an attitude and I didn’t want to get my blood pressure up. Also: The Store manager looks (for lack of a better word) tweaked out, most of her staff look the same and there seems to be some old guy name Charles living there. I got into town late one evening and decided to see if they were open and when entering the parking lot, I saw the Charles guy sleeping on the bench inside the store. Me and my sister were in disbelief and this realization sealed the deal for me. THIS PLACE AINT IT!

I hope someone from corporate is paying attention... there is an employee there that is stealing food. Did this person do something personal to me absolutely. But this is happening regularly and if someone watches the cameras and takes inventory it will be obvious which full time cook is using the food inventory there to trade for weed and blow. The cook traded me an equivalent of a 40.00 meal to lend him money to pay his "power bill" which i never saw again. I bumped into a few people with the same story about things he's doing with the food inventory. I've been a customer of captian ds for many years and ive never written a review this negative or out there but it's the truth.

Food is ok but the People working are old and rude. Older lady with tattoos hands me my food and at drive thru and shuts window door before I could even ask for ketchup. NO thank you's or Have A Good Day. As I am eating in parking lot I see her rush out to her car to Smoke. So obviously I interrupted her smoke session

My wife and I were in Destin on vacation and saw this captain d`s in Fort Walton. My wife loves the lobster bites but where we're from they rarely have them. I called and a gentleman named Robert said they did indeed have them so away we went for lunch. We arrived and the lady at the register (Charmaine) was so helpful as we're Robert 1 and 2 lol. Wonderful environment and great service. Can't say enough good things about the entire experience. Will be visiting repeatedly before leaving I'm sure so the missus can get her lobster bite fix

Didn't get our order right and forgot to put some of the order in the bag. Had to go back and pick it up. All of the employees were taking a break outside smoking. Not one person inside. This also happened when I was at the drive thru to order. I kept having to drive around thru the drive thru until someone finally came to take the order. Should have known it wasn't a good place but tried it anyway. Too bad all of the employees seem to not want to be there. Must not need a job very bad.

Awesome food ! Best service , always friendly . I usually come for lunch and it’s always fresh and good food . Definitely my top 5 favorite places to eat !
