Chicken Shops near Fort Walton Beach, FL

“Edit: 12/12/25 - Once again I am back to another review and this time it just keeps getting worse. I come here quite a bit because I like the food but the Self Service is crazy bad. Always waiting on a drink cup. You have two four people doing the Self Service and all waiting on cups.
Should never happen, workers move around but never look in the direction and if you say something it's like they are being put out or they just ignore you.
Service is down to two stars.

Edit: 10/21/25 - The self service ordering is still janky at best - as you still have to wait for a service person to get you a cup for your meal and if only one person is working the front and has other orders going on, you can stand a wait a bit
Food is still excellent so I do not mind that much

Dropping to 4 stars overall and 3 stars for service. I have been giving this self order a try since they put it in and I am not a fan.
Most the time I am standing there waiting for a drink cup because either they are too busy to give me a cup or no one is up front because of being short staffed.
Still the food is great, just that the service has went down a bit.“

“What is there to say about God’s chicken? The breakfast burrito was delicious, even though they forgot to give me salsa, which someone will say at confession was their fault, the chicken nuggets are always delicious and hashbrowns were perfectly fried. I enjoyed everything, plus their service is always great.“

“Everyone knows for the most part, if you go to a Chick-fil-a, you’re going to at least have a decent dining experience. This establishment goes beyond even that, providing an exceptional customer service experience and wonderful food that will have me and my family back there often.

Special attention to the front counter staff member, Gabriel. Staff at Chick-fil-a’s are usually polite people, but Gabriel was truly wonderful.
My only complaint about our visit is that Gabriel does NOT have a chair. That man works an 8 hour shift standing on sheer tile, give that man a chair before you mess up his knees!“

“Wonderful crew in there . The only disadvantage of drive thru and dinning in . The musics to loud for a peaceful dinner . Just lower it a little . Love the people always great service . Inside and out !! They just like Johnny on the spot fast and courteous Thank you for feeding me !!“

“5 ⭐️ we were in town for the weekend & found this convenient establishment to offer fresh, tasty affordable food that we couldn't get enough of. That chicken sandwich and sauce 🔥 was easily my favorite. We got to sample the jambalaya and it was also a win !! Employees are awesome. They were very hospitable and welcoming which is a huge part of what makes this place a great option. I highly recommend“
