The server couldn't have been bothered. 3 times I asked for a lemon for my water and he never brought it. On top of that, a hair on my ribs. I didn't complain. I just won't go back.

It’s a very nice area and the service was really quick, our server was very sweet as well and interacted with our table. Many kudos to her for managing with not many staff members on hand.

I’ve had all types of experiences here, but majority of the time it’s great service. Especially sitting in the bar area as the bartenders are amazing servers.

Didn't really get a good feel for this place because they were out of or didn't have what I came in for... No lemon pepper wings, and not the draft beer that I wanted... they were just out of my brand, and what I settled for wasn't good... Waitress was less than stellar too, but I still tipped her... that's how she feeds her family...

My coworkers and I went there for a quick lunch. I haven’t gone to a Chili’s in over 10years so I was excited to have great food. When we initially walked in the restaurant, it smelled like dirty mop water and the women’s bathroom smelled much of the same. I ordered the ribeye (medium rare) surf and turf because the picture had my mouth watering. When the dish arrived it looked phenomenal. The two shrimp I ate were yummy but when started cutting the steak it didn’t look right. It was mostly fat, gristle and barely cooked. I was literally sawing through thick gummy meat because it wouldn’t separate; as if it was glued together. The center section I could see was similar to the color of a bruise on someone’s skin. You shouldn’t sell steak if you’re not going to pay attention to the cut of meat you’re attempting to sell. The waiter was extremely nice and attentive but my appetite was ruined and ultimately soured my mood. With time running out for my lunch break, I just ordered the chicken bacon ranch quesadilla. I figured there’s no way anyone could mess up that dish. It was very tasty although it wasn’t what I truly wanted. With the way inflation has skyrocketed the prices of food in general, it’s like restaurants don’t care that their quality of food has drastically declined. I’d rather continue to frequent places where I know getting great quality is consistent. I just won’t come back here✌️

The food had no taste of anything and was cold, even the white cheese we ordered for the chips was cold. I didn't go back again and look, it was my favorite.

My neighbor and I were in there tonight for dinner and we sat at the bar and your bartender is very rude! I asked for a box for the leftovers in a bag and cup for the chips and salsa. She brought boxes but no bag for the chips and salsa! We were just taking the leftovers but normally when you want to take it home with you, they put it in a bag fresh from the back with your salsa and she had no intention of doing anything like that! We boxed up the food and I asked for a bag to put the containers in And when I did, she reared over and said is there anything else I can get you while I’m back there very rudely! She never took our empty glasses from our first drinks and we had to ask for our second, and she never took any of our dirty dishes away! She just was not a very good server and I wish I had known how she was gonna act before I tipped her because she certainly would not have gotten a tip for me! It’s been a little while since I’ve been in there because I had hip replacement so I was very, very disappointed when we came there for dinner tonight☹️☹️

Great place to have a meal with my family. Service is friendly and food taste wonderful.
The only issue I ever smell is the restroom area. It always smells like an old dirty mop. Maybe it's a mop issue or maybe something else.

My friend and I came here to meet up for an hour lunch break. We ordered the promo 3forMe. Our server took my order and hers. The food arrived but only one meal instead of 2. She ordered again with another server she said no pickles for her. We waited again. The food came but there's pickles. My friend end up not eating at all. I feel bad but don't want to say anything to the staff. I also ask for mudslide the guy said he has not made one for a while. He came back stated they don't have Baileys if it can be something else (forgot what he said) I said ok. Waited again. He comes back tell me again the same thing that they don't have it. I said just cancel it. Not sure about our interaction. Our experience is sureal. Our bill also is incorrect for the the promo. I made sure it was updated before paying. Though we're not satisfied I still gave them 18% maybe the staff is just having a hard time I can't tell.
