came in with the family and we got two triple dippers and some chips to share as the group. the appetizers were delicious and came out quickly. the mozzarella squares were so cheesy and crispy. as well as the tenders.
we had a party of 6 and were seated quickly and our server was great! she was prompt and professional and checked in on us frequently. we
enjoyed our experience and would be back!

SERVER SCOTT SINGLE-HANDEDLY RESTORED MY FAITH IN HUMANITY. such a down to earth, positive, wholesome man! he was so professional yet incredibly friendly, with constant check ups to our table! even providing us with extra to go lids. WHAT A MAN!!! I hope a man enters my life with the same character as Scotty. HE CAN COOK, CLEAN, AND SERVE just wow!

This is my first time ever writing a review, i've never had a reason to until today. I'm not sure if it's just because our party was younger, but the service was terrible. We weren't told that they were out of the Wicked drink sticks until already ordering and paying for four of them. Although i was upset i tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. After getting our food we weren't checked on once until practically finished. All of the other employees would look at us as they walked by and once we asked for a togo box our waitress left us for over five minutes (the place was empty and she wasn't helping any other tables), we saw her in another room just staring at us. After she was just standing there and watching us from another room for a while, we just left. It was extremely uncomfortable. I'm honestly just upset, i really do love chilis and i don't expect to have any type of royal treatment or special service, but this was just upsetting. I really hope the server sees this and decides to be kinder to her next customers.

Staff members were horrific. I was standing waiting for a staff member to greet me and the lady that seats people was just standing there looking at me confused probably because I was a single person or looked like a kid who knows doesn’t matter, I get mistaken as a 19 year old everywhere I go lmao but I’m soon to be 26 years old in 2 months I dine in as a single ALL the time so I sat down thinking maybe she’s busy (busy standing there lmao) and then three older guys showed up and they were seated right away. Very judgmental and disrespectful. There’s a lot of young singles that dine in as well, please respect them as much as you respect the elders!!
My kids and I sat for dine in services! They were busy and still very mindful of all parties surrounding us AND us. Leah was our server and she was amazing along with the bartender, the cook and the manager even played her part to help.

It's a classic Chili's. It's not a fancier restaurant, but it's not a dump either. It was pretty quiet when we went and our server was nice.
