Chipotle Mexican Grill

I waited more than 20 minutes for my food, even though it was already ready to be handed out. The employees kept walking past it as if it didn’t exist, without saying anything or checking with me. After all that time, someone finally just handed it to me without even asking. They really need to improve their organization and customer service because the experience was frustrating and inefficient.

Everyone else beat me to the one star punch.. but just like the rest of the reviews, they are very rude here.. stay away from this place unless you like to be treated badly.

Had never eaten here before, at any Chipotle. I had no idea what I was missing out on! Food was a little cool time we got home, a quick pop in the microwave and holy cow it was delicious. The chimichuri sauce is divine!

The employees at this location are always nice and welcoming, and it’s quite clean too. Jerry the general manager is also a very sweet and kind man. ❤️

Just really disappointed. We usually go to the Chipotle in Navarre but were in FWB. The Carne Asada was as tough as shoe leather and even though they gave me the double portion I paid for, they skimped on all the other toppings for the smallest bowl I've ever seen.Never had these issues with the Navarre Chipotle. Not impressed and won't be returning.

Food was good, workers are friendly and helpful. Restaurant was clean as well.

It's Chipotle if you like it you do. But walking into an empty restaurant that is a mess. If you don't clean where your customers are what does the back look like. It is hard going out no one training their staff on what right looks like.

I’m a new Chipotle customer. I have only used the online ordering so far but everything has been correct and delicious.

STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY and welcoming.

Food is decent enough. Definitely much lower quality than before. I’m complaining and hoping to hear from an area manager because I was INCORRECTLY charged for something I didn’t receive. I thought it was expensive already but turns out that they basically just stole my money. This is unacceptable. And when you try to call, it’s just an ai assistant. I’ve left my feedback but this is just not okay. Thank you for taking $6 from me. What a ridiculous world we are living in.

Update: What a half baked response from probably AI. 😂 THANKS FOR THE GENERIC RESPONSE. Will never eat here again and will tell others how horrible this chain has gotten.

Dirtiest chipotle I have ever seen, there was food all over the serving counter and also when I was placing my order, they said they didn’t have any corn or lettuce left at all, but as we were eating, they come from the back with a container full of new corn and lettuce to replace. As far as the food quality, the queso was super bland, chips were burnt/undercooked, stale, and didn’t have any salt in it. The guacamole had too much salt in it, enough to make it almost inedible. I would NOT recommend eating here at all.

Dirtiest Chipotle ever. Food spilled all over the serving counter. If you are vegetarian, don’t eat here. Manager was taking temperature of meat and veggies with same temperature probe without cleaning it. While preparing my three bowls, they said they were out of lettuce and corn. They did not put on my bowls. When we started eating, we saw they refilled both the things. Worst customer service and cleanliness in Chipotle..

My order was messed up and the staff were so rude. I put in an online order, and they put the guacamole in the wrong bowl (husband can’t have guacamole) and didn’t put lettuce either. The food wasn’t how it usually is, and they put so much less. And it was so messy already. 0/10. Want a refund. I would never put in an online order at any chipotle again.
