Was in there today around 11:15 and there was literally like 3 pizzas on the buffet and no dessert out, we had to wait for them to make stuff. Not sure why you wouldn’t have stuff ready when you open? With half the food out did that mean I got to pay half price? Nope! And the bathroom was absolutely disgusting!!!!

Pizza ? buffet! They'll even make you a whole fresh pie for the buffet of what you want if you request it. Always scratches that itch. Tho this isn't somewhere you take a first date. Unless they're bringing friends!

We were very disappointed at balloon guy my baby wanted a balloon n he skip us to go to large table, food was dry but staff was friendly, restaurant was clean staff working hard especially the busier. I won’t go back the disappointed in my baby eyes was heart breaking we stayed as long as we could.

Everything about Cicis was mediocre. Nothing was bad. The decor was plain and a bit worn. Despite having what appeared to be enough staff, lots of the tables were not bussed. The pizza was chewy with not much in the way of toppings. Some didn't seem to have any sauce, just cheese and a smattering of toppings. The salad bar was also pretty limited. You get what you pay for here, mediocre food for a middling price.

Cici's is no longer a good value to me. These buffet prices are too high for a food that is si cheap to make. Seems a little more chaotic in this location than it used to be.

Food is how it's always been, a solid C- to D+ range. But the change over time that stuck out to me is the tired interior and the stunningly steep price for the quality of food you receive. Employees seem very attentive and hard working, so absolutely no issue with any of them.

Today will be the last time we ever eat at this CiCi’s location. The cups we were given for our fountain drinks were covered in a thick greasy coating and smelled. When I asked for paper cups/Togo I was told I would have to pay for it. The credit card system was down and I didn’t want to have to stand in line again and wait 5 minutes while my card was programmed into a lap top. So we sucked it up and used water cups.We are regulars here so it was very disappointing with the experience we had today.As we are leaving I asked my sons to go in the bathroom and wash their hands, while waiting by the bathrooms the kitchen door was cracked so I could definitely see everything going on, as I look down I see a cockroach alive in the ground on its back moving around but that’s not the worst part, the smell comity from the back kitchen would knock a horse out. It smelled of rotting food and old feet.I gagged all the way to my car knowing I had just eaten in this establishment. Completely grossed out. I’ve worked in the service industry 16 years, the Gm should be ashamed.The district manager should be aware and the owner of this franchise.The one compliment I have about this place is the female manager there who I know has been there for a while is very sweet.But that’s about it.
We used to visit this CIcis and it was wonderful. Now we are not greeted when we come in, none of the staff is wearing gloves while preparing food. Staff are cleaning and then touching food. Building not clean, very sad, it has gone downhill.

I was visiting from Texas and I must say this Cicis has amazing customer service! Ruben (register guy) always had a smile on since we walked in until we left and was super friendly at all times when we approached the buffet. Bus Tim was on it cleaning and picking up our plates as well as having such a great friendly attitude. Others were also cleaning as they were not busy. Great Job overall!!! Ruben and Tim, AMAZING!

Employees and management are always friendly! Quick to keep the buffet full, bussers were on top of getting our dirty plates. The pirate is very friendly and personable. Great energy! Best balloon sculptor around. We asked him to make a Stitch, he made one on the fly, and it turned out great.

We were visiting from MS on vacation and ate at CiCis in Mary Esther. It was a great experience, good food and nice employees. The best part was your Tuesday family night entertainment the pirate making balloon animals. He was AWESOME with our little boy and every child in there.
