My DoorDash delivery driver missed our entire pizza order and only delivered my family a salad. Whether it was negligence on the drivers part, the fact that he misunderstood their request to wait or otherwise, Clemenza’s gave us a second pizza just for the inconvenience of having to pick up our own delivery. Just had an amazing Calzone
My family use to go to Clemenzas often when Dom was alive before it was sold. We finally made it back to eat over the weekend and customer service was less than impressive, my toddlers pasta was burned yet undercooked and soaked in butter, the manager was vaping by the pizza oven. The witness did not know the wines or the special just pointed at the board and the cozy inviting environment was cold and uninviting. We will not be returning.
