Avoid at all costs. Placed order for simple breakfast. Waited 45 minutes. No word from staff. Then kitchen emptied while unloading truck. I kept asking what the problem was. I finally got told they were out of pancake mix. Why couldn’t you tell me an hour ago? Why not recommend substitute or allow me option to change order? How about a free cup of crappy coffee? I tip well when I go in but not again. Waitresses just stared at me. Ridiculous.
Waited 70 minutes bc it was for 95 year old in nursing home. Not one staff said” sorry for your wait”.

Been wanting to bring my kids here for years. I remembered this place as a buffet but this location was more like IHop, but better food! The staff was nice and the food was delicious! For a party of six, our total was $143. 😋😋

Do not waste your time. Took my family to dinner tonight. After our food order was placed we waited over 45 minutes to get our food, there were 2 other groups(2 people, 3 people). Our server would not walk around the table to hand out food or drinks, we were not sitting in a booth, didnt know we were going to have to do half the work, most servers would walk around the table handing out the food. I can see why the place was almost empty. We sat for almost an hour waiting on food and our server after the food was delivered didnt bring the check, I had to go ask for it. I can not recommend this restaurant nor will I ever be going back. Sorry Dennys, you are not the same restaurant I grew up with.

If I told the details of my visit it would it really matter? Their corporate people don't give a damn about customers. Waited over an hour for cold food. Ended up getting it to go because of the long wait, got lied to about a discount so bottom line is hour wait + bad attitudes + full price for cold crap. Won't go back.....ever

I went back and forth about reviewing this place. My wife and I dropped by to get a late breakfast. We were quickly seated, however it was about 15 minutes before we were asked about drinks. It then took a while before they arrived and then I had nothing to stir my coffee with. I ended up having to go to the counter after sitting and staring at my drink for about 10 minutes without a spoon. I wish I could say this was due to their being under staffed, but so far as I could tell, there were plenty of staff. Fortunately, I think they got the idea that we werent happy and our food was taken care of more quickly and it was good. Its a shame, because it has a classy old school atmosphere.

Friendly service, good food, reasonable prices and clean tables/seats. Since management changed about a year ago, the new owners have cleaned the restaurant up and have a great team of cooks and servers. Shout out to Jerome who presented me with the best dine out breakfast I’ve had anywhere in years.
