Domino's Pizza

The pizza is always good but they are getting slower and slower. Ordered with a 9-17 min time. Arrived about 20 min after and my name was not on the screen. After about 10 min it popped up and said my order was being made. 9-17 min completion time and my order wasn't even started for 25-30 min. Second time I've had to sit in the lobby and wait for my order to go through the whole process.

Cheryllwas great! Easy to work with. Knowledgeable and helped me find a solution to my pizza problem. We are no longer hungry. We'll definitely be going here again

Ordered for delivery and was paying cash. I'm aware drivers only carry $20 in change so I called the store because I order from this store quite alot and ALWAYS tip the drivers so I asked if they would let the driver know to bring an extra $10 so I could tip him and the woman I spoke to basically told me if I couldn't tip $10 more that she could just cancel the order for me, quite rudely may I add. So instead of keeping a regular great tipping client she chose to make it to where I don't even want to order from this store at all anymore. Wish I could've given 0 stars after that experience.

Waited about 1 hr and 15 minutes after placing an online order, with an estimated time of 18-29 minutes. Pizzas were done according to the app apx 14 minutes after being placed. Finally, set for delivery 15 minutes later. But apx 45 minutes later, the driver arrived, and it was a small side box, not the 2 pizzas and mac/cheese we ordered. This would not be a big deal, but this was late and supposed to be dinner for my family since we just got in to the hotel from a work day and had to work again the next day. Management never reached out to resolve this. They just canceled the order instead.

Placed my order on line live 1/2 mile away. Got there one of the employees had a attitude I guess she was management she snapped at the employees and was not very happy if you want to snap at a employees do it with out the customer around also I ordered a stuffed crust with pineapple ham and extra cheese stuffed crust was not a stuffed crust

Cheryll is the best! So kind, polite, and customer oriented. I had a 20 minute delay in my order, and she handled everything to the utmost! She deserves a promotion!

The food was great as always and our delivery driver, Dustin, was awesome. He was polite and helpful as we got home with groceries when he was delivering the food so he helped to hold to door for me to get everything in the house. You could tell he loved his job and he was just a pleasure. You don’t get these type of interactions as much thee days! Great job Dustin & Dominos!
