Exceptional! We stopped in on a quiet Wednesday evening and had an incredible meal with friendly and great service. TBH we didn’t have high expectations and were so pleasantly surprised by the quality and deliciousness of this food! The Miami heat roll was one of the best we have ever had. The garlic chicken was THE best I’ve ever had. We have agreed this will be one of our regular spots in FWB from now on.

I have been there and LOVE the atmosphere but we ordered 50 hand rolls for our Christmas party and everyone absolutely loved them. They were the hit of the party and not one was left. They are amazing and got them to us fast! We will be using them again for every party!

A must whenever I’m in town, just love that it’s so chill there and the food has never disappointed. They may be a small staff but service is always top notch and don’t rush them it’s always worth the wait.

Ms.Chong is the best. Easiest, best prices that reflect her 5 star quality- As well as a life long friend. I’ve been enjoying her food and SUSHI since I was a teenager and now I am getting well into my 30’s lol. It hits every time. There’s nothing better than good food with good people.

First timers! Everything was delicious. Came in on a slow night. Chong, the owner and sushi chef, explained everything is made to order. We started with egg rolls that were MAGNIFICENT. She explained they take a bit because they are freshly prepared, down to the veggies being chopped right then. 3 sushi rolls - a crunchy tuna, another tuna with krab salad on top and a tuna/salmon with lemon on top. Flavor combinations were amazing and we all had a different favorite. My son got a chicken katsu bento - katsu sauce was amazing, everything was excellent in the box. He took another egg drop soup to go for breakfast. Nathan provided excellent service and took time to get to know us. We enjoyed everything and we will be back!

Service very slow and very small portions
As we stepped into the tiny shop, we were instantly transported to a time reminiscent of the early Gulf Coast, where the air is thick with nostalgia. The soft strains of traditional Japanese music, playing faintly over the aging speaker system, and the subtle scent of sesame lingering in the air, welcomed our party of four as if we were long-lost friends.
We were greeted by a familiar old woman, her warm smile as comforting as the cups of tap water she placed before us. She asked us what we wanted, patiently waiting while still managing to navigate the small restaurant with a calm yet bustling energy.
The wait was longer than usual, but the familiar atmosphere made every minute worthwhile. The gyoza arrived first—otherworldly in its perfection, offering a delicate crunch that gave way to a tender, flavorful center. The ginger salad, though simple with its iceberg lettuce, was refreshingly light and satisfying. The eggrolls, though rich, were bursting with flavor, leaving us craving more with every bite.
Finally, the sushi arrived, each piece a masterpiece of flavor, embodying the essence of Japanese cuisine. The wait melted away as we savored every bite, appreciating the care and artistry that went into each roll.
If you have the time and are looking for an experience that warms the heart as much as it satisfies the palate, this little gem with its kind staff and authentic atmosphere is the place to be.

We go often and love the sushi every time! It's the best sushi around! Sometimes you need to bring some time and patience but we don't mind it because the sushi is worth it! Definitely recommend trying it out!
