Rude, disrespectful, out of control staff who actually will follow you outside to harass you in your vehicle if not done being belligerent inside the store towards you. Not friendly and in fact down right childish behavior.

Absolutely wonderful experience!! They are often short staffed but do the best they can! Keep up the good work! I’m sorry you all have to deal with the mean people leaving reviews as if you all don’t bust your butts everyday to provide good service! Sometimes only one person is working and I still get my usual sourdough breakfast sandwich and iced coffee with little to no wait! Have patience with the staff as they are doing the best they can!

This dunkin is actually trash. Had to wait for stale hashbrowns and a burnt croissant with the most disgusting sausage.

6:59 pm the girl mopping the floor said the oven is closed I give her a one star. The store sign show open until 8 pm today January 1, 2025 at 7:09 pm. I just left quietly shrugging my shoulders. 😂. Maybe she's tired. I give the store staff 4 stars out of 5 because most of clerks and supervisors are really great

First off the lady that rang us up was incredibly rude and very pushy. She's not wearing a name tag so I'm not sure what her name is. But she's a young black girl, with glasses and a septum piercing. Very rude. Talking crap about the customers that were in there. Do not waste your money on mediocre donuts iced with a terrible attitude!!!!

If you are looking for a variety of donuts don't bother going here. No chocolate frosted, no vanilla frosted, no long johns. I was made to pay before I picked out my donuts, I should've just asked for my money back and left when I saw they didn't have what I needed for some very picky eaters. Cashier was impatient as she was also running the drive-thru, not her fault she is trying to do 2 people's jobs, I will never go back to this Dunkin' Donuts again.

Came in for free coffee offer. Only customers in line & had to wait several minutes to be waited on. Didn't get the free coffee as expected, wasn't offered the deal or up sold food, etc. had to wait even longer for our overpriced order. Only one staff in the store running drive and lobby.

Won't return. Terrible service,music was too loud & a/c was too cold.

The employees here are so wonderful. I appreciate their customer service because i know what its like to work customer service. The lady with the curly purple hair helped me today and went above and beyond! Very happy for people like her!

Don’t know what they are doing at all.
I’m lactose intolerant and was it was told to me they can’t take off the cheese from the meal deal because didn’t want to get in trouble by the manager. Wouldn’t you get a pat on the back for saving money.
So basically because I have a deathly ill dairy allergy I can’t eat breakfast even though this same location has done it for me 3x.
I think they just don’t want to make food. I went here everyday and wont ever come back again to this one so hopefully your manager don’t yell at you for losing two orders a day everyday.
