In my experience, the staff is rude. Waiting 5 minutes to order a coffee when there is no one else in the lobby is a little ridiculous. Not greeted with a smile, a good morning or anything. Lame.

**1-Star Review: Absolutely the Rudest Dunkin' Experience Ever**
I’ve been to plenty of Dunkin’ locations over the years, but the one in Fort Walton Beach takes the cake for being the worst. The drive-thru process here makes zero sense and prioritizes corporate metrics over actual customer convenience.
You pull up, order your drink at the speaker, pay at the window, and then—even if the parking lot is completely empty and there’s no one behind you—they insist you pull forward to a white line and wait. This happened to me on a Saturday with no other cars in sight, and again the next morning. It’s frustrating because it forces you to wait longer overall, especially when orders take forever.
This morning, there was only one poor employee working alone—she was handling orders, making drinks, taking payments, and then running out to deliver them. I politely asked why they always make customers pull forward like that. She explained it’s to “keep the timer down” for the drive-thru window, so the store looks faster to corporate. Basically, they’re gaming the system to inflate their performance numbers at the expense of making customers wait more and inconveniencing everyone.
When I pointed out how this seems unfair and more inconvenient for customers, her response? She told me never to come back to this location again. Unbelievable rudeness from someone who was clearly overwhelmed and understaffed.
This isn’t about one bad day—it’s a weird, customer-unfriendly policy combined with outright hostility. Save your money and go to literally any other coffee spot in Fort Walton Beach. I won’t be returning.

I was in the drive through with my friend and when the girl said they don’t fill your cup up anymore we decided to go somewhere else. The girl in the drive through window was hanging out as far as she could screaming and cussing yelling at us from across the parking lot to never come back. I was very scared.

Ordered a latte in drive through, and when they informed me the wouldn't fill my cup if I asked for light ice I told them I didn't want it anymore and to have a good day. The girl, I think her name is Jayden, hung out of the drive through window screaming for me not to come back. I went in and talked to the manager about how I felt like this was unacceptable behavior and she told me she wouldn't be punishing her employee, as if this is normal behavior. I used to go here every single day. I'll never be back.

Ordered off door dash; the app doesn’t offer cold foam on the cold brew. I asked the driver to ask them for a side of it, Dunkin’ refused. The dasher also offered to pay for it and they refused. The driver told me they were super rude to her. The wake up wrap I ordered tasted like chemicals. 100% do NOT recommend this Dunkin and will not be ordering/going back.

Rude, disrespectful, out of control staff who actually will follow you outside to harass you in your vehicle if not done being belligerent inside the store towards you. Not friendly and in fact down right childish behavior.
Absolutely wonderful experience!! They are often short staffed but do the best they can! Keep up the good work! I’m sorry you all have to deal with the mean people leaving reviews as if you all don’t bust your butts everyday to provide good service! Sometimes only one person is working and I still get my usual sourdough breakfast sandwich and iced coffee with little to no wait! Have patience with the staff as they are doing the best they can!

6:59 pm the girl mopping the floor said the oven is closed I give her a one star. The store sign show open until 8 pm today January 1, 2025 at 7:09 pm. I just left quietly shrugging my shoulders. 😂. Maybe she's tired. I give the store staff 4 stars out of 5 because most of clerks and supervisors are really great
