Waited 15min for before walking out, 1 customer ahead of me and 1 car in rhe drive through, 6 employees sitting around having a meeting or something, not a single one could be bothered to pause for 2min to help, seriously hope yall go out of business if that's how you work.

Very rude to me when I told them my order was wrong! They tried to argue with me about it instead of making it correct and gave me attitude! I will not be going back! Also very slow and just terrible customer service! The girl at the window acted as if it was an inconvenience to her that I was even there! I've only been to this location twice and was disappointed both times! I literally had to go to another location which was the one in fort walton that I normally go to and they were super friendly there and made my order right even though they weren't the ones who messed it up! What a shame I had to go to another location just to get great customer service but I was very thankful they were super nice and fixed it and were very accommodating!

Ordered a large Dunkalatte using the app while I sat at their filthy indoor tables. Received an unfull cup of iced milk with a few dribbles of what tasted like used coffee grounds in it. Dunkin support then offered me 27% of what I paid for the drink as compensation. Then took away the opportunity to even have that when I said that wouldn’t be enough. Ruined my day

Unfriendly, slow, and left out several things from our order. When we went back to tell them they left out some of our items, they were very rude and it took another ten minutes.
