My husband and I ordered two singuature lattes. I got the white chocolate amd he got the brown shaken espresso. My drink was alright, they didn't fill his all the way up to the top of the cup and they put oat milk in it when he didn't ask for it. Barista 101 is filling the cup all the way to the top.

The person I asked for a dozen donuts didn't know anything upon what kind or what was in them. Also, asked for 4 glaze donuts. Glaze donuts are very basic. And not even one glaze donut in the box. 🤨

I always come to this dunkin and I work in the service industry so I get some days can be hard on people however this was the worst experience I’ve had at a location. Monday June 16th at 3pm I went and began ordering and she was rushing me say what else what else so I ordered faster and she told me to slow down and then we finished ordering and went to pay and we gave her a 20 and she said pull up it’s going to be 30minutes for two meals and didn’t give us our change when already asking us to pull forward. I stayed at the window to then ask for our change and she motioned for us to pull forward when I didn’t she opened the window and told me to pull forward I said I needed my change and she rudely went to get it and appeared annoyed to Get me my change. After awhile I sent my little sibling to get our money back because I no longer felt comfortable eating there and she proceeded to ignore him as she was on the phone with someone else and to tell him she didn’t know how to do a refund and refused to give our money back. She then slammed the drinks when she gave it to him and he said while on the phone she was claiming to only know how to make cold brews. When we got home our food was ice cold and my coffee did not look as it was pictured on the screen. We were also missing a side of hashbrowns.

When I tell you this is the best service I've ever gotten at a Dunkin donuts, it's true The girls were so sweet, My coffee was perfectly proportionate and my bagel was hot, fresh and how a bagel should be cooked. Will definitely be going again
