Firehouse Subs Uptown Station

The only person in the shop and it took 15 minutes to get a small sub and as the lady was making it, she is licking the snot dripping down her face and onto my food.

Ordered takeout at 1:16 PM according to my receipt. Received the order at 1:43 PM. I did not know it was possible to wait 27 minutes to have a sub made until today.

I won't be visiting again to find out if this is typical.

I placed an online pickup order with Firehouse Subs and everything went perfectly! My food was ready right on time, piping hot and packed with care. The restaurant was clean and well-kept, and the staff couldn’t have been nicer — friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Quick, smooth, and delicious — exactly what I needed. Highly recommend!

Rude lady working . Just seemed like she was already mad about something and gave me an attitude when I asked about my order. I just wanted to know if mine was one of the ones that were ready sitting in the back .

The meatball sub is delish

Sub roll cold like just came out of refrigerator.
They didn't try fix it, yes I have been there before, same sub always get.
WANT GO BACK, BUT WILL TELL HOW I WAS DONE

I showed up 5 minutes before closing and was told they couldn’t make a sandwich because it would take more than 5 minutes and I couldn’t be in there when they closed. BS. Someone made the wrong executive decision. That is nobody’s policy.

Came in for the name of the day promotion and was denied the promotion. It stated on the website it was a free medium sub with any purchase. I tried to purchase a bag of chips with my free sub and was told I had to buy another sub. When I showed the employee that was not the promotion stated online they still would not honor the promotion. Very disappointing to drive all the way up there and be denied a promotion as stated on the company website and Facebook page. I even went to another location that honored the promotion and all I had to buy was a cookie.
