How is it possible to run a sandwich shop with no lettuce? That's what the person behind the counter told us when we walked in.

Staff was slow. The au jus for my sandwich was bagged sideways, and all the other sandwiches got wet, and I had no au jus left. Got one of the other orders wrong completely.

The only reason I gave them two stars is because the food wasn’t bad. I arrived and there were two employees working. I waited several minutes and they took my order. They handed me a cup and I attempted to get ice but it was out. They were working to get it filled up, but it still didn’t work. They ended up getting ice from the back. The drinks were all low on syrup, they tasted like carbonated water. The sauce bar didn’t have any cups to serve yourself. You had to ask for them. Also, the food portions had shrunk dramatically. There was barely any meat on the sandwich and they are not cheap.

There is a greater probability of winning the lottery than your order being correct. Three employees that spend more time saying “oh sorry “ than working. They do have a giant tip jar so theres that. A dump.

Poor service, meat was tough, and the pickle was missing in 1 order.
Overall bad experience. Won't be going back.

If you come here late only expect one employee out of three to actually work.

Super freaking slow. Cashier counts tips while customers are in line waiting to order, ignoring the customer in the process. The toaster was broken. The sandwich makers move like pond water. No one greets you. How is it so slow when there are five people working? The place had two customers waiting when I walked in. 30 minutes to make a sandwich.

Food is great but don’t get a great vibe from the staff or from the customers. Staff seems very annoyed that they have to work and the customers seem they want to pick a fight with the staff. Food is great, but staff needs to work on their attitude if they want to make $$. If you’re annoyed that you have to work, then don’t work.

I don’t normally write reviews hardly ever. And I talked myself out of doing it LAST week. But now here we are two weeks in a row with the same issue from this firehouse. I request.. toast the bread and warm the meat on my sandwich. But also requested DO NOT steam the whole sandwich as I don’t want the sandwich soggy. Two weeks in a row they have completely ignored my requests and failed to read a ticket where it’s notated and have given me a sandwich in which the bread was cold and the meat is ICE cold. Im sitting here on 6/13/24 and they re make my sandwich is now it’s hot. But missed my jalapeño, banana pepper and sliced onion. Literally can’t win for losing.
