I ordered whole Italian sub fully loaded. It was awful!!! Not much meat more bread than anything. I could have gotten subway . I would’ve gotten more meat. Very disappointing.

well what was one a decent place originally Price to get something to eat has turned into a overpriced unaffordable restaurant The itty bitty small so if you get for 10 bucks is barely enough to feed an infant child how can anybody feed a family much less themselves at these ungodly prices a large footlong subs should not cost darn near 20 bucks and the poor quality choice of meat full of fat and bristle by the time I cut all that out I probably had what 2 oz of actual meat

My favorite sub place. Hard to find toasted subs, but they have them here!Always have the Hook and Ladder sub. My favorite by far.
Three employees and three customers took over 20 minutes for us to get our sandwiches, they didn’t even need to be heated up. Slow slow slow!! Don’t waste your time at this location unless all you have is time!

It was Tuesday at noon. I walked in and literally nobody was in line. I was told it would be a 30 minute wait due to online orders. ???? Have at least one person doing inside guests. Or just say for online orders only and keep everyone out. I always stop by here for lunch.

I waited for 40m for what should have taken maybe 15m max. Food wasn't great. Saw many walk out and heard others complaining. Last time there. Previous times the sandwiches were not as good as other locations have been. Sucks cause it is so close to us.

Yall need to get these folks straightened out! My order took forever with only myself in the store because they prioritize online orders over physical customers. This is stupid and will cost Firehouse in the long run. This place used to be decent but has been over run with incompetent lazy workers without proper safety or sanitation standards.
