Don’t ever frequent this establishment. Unprofessional and poorly run. After spending over $70 for an order it was just given to someone. No checks and balances. No effort to resolve the issue. I’ll never be back. Save your money and time and go somewhere else.

I went to Five Guys on Thursday 1/9/25 at 8:06pm with the family, I've been going to Five Guys forever, I don't complain about the $55 plus tip because 99.9% of the time it's Amazing. Tonight was a different story, my receipt clearly stated just mustard, mayo and ketchup on one of the burgers and they went all the way with it. Me, I would of are it but it was my kids burger so I told them and they did a remake, all is well right? Wrong, they intentionally burnt the crap out of the remake it looked awful and the large fry we got had so much salt we couldn't even eat them. Worst experience, worst food and worst service except the guy that rang us up and went home just minutes later older guy grey hair. The rest of the gang was awful, I won't return to this location. Specifically asked for no tomatoes on my cheeseburger. It says so on my receipt and order ticket, so I know it wasn't the cashier's error when taking my order. I had to disassemble my burger, take the tomato slices out by hand the best I can, and put the rest back together before eating it. Really unappetizing because I can't eat tomatoes. Also, really weird, this was the first time I've ever had fries that were sprinkled with sugar instead of salt. Fries were not at all salty and at my first bite I thought maybe they'd accidentally used sweet potatoes to make them. I checked, and my whole batch of little fries was like this. All sugar, no salt. How does that switch-up even happen? Bizarre, waste of money, will not come again.

The associates were friendly and professional, and the burgers were excellent.
Dietary restrictions: My wife is gluten-free, and they do a great job with allergies.
Parking: No problems at all finding a parking spot.
Wheelchair accessibility: The parking lot has several handicapped parking spots. There are ramps going up to the entrances for wheelchairs. They also have tables designed for wheelchairs.

Probably one if my favorite food places. This location is always clean, and the staff is friendly. Food is VERY hot once you pick it up and always fresh. I don't go as frequently as I used to due to inflation. It was already a little pricey but inflation has raised those prices higher. 2 people cost $40. Still, a great place to eat.

I've just had my only bad experience with this establishment. This was all about poor management. I was disrespected on several levels. First as I requested a refund for the $2.89 water cup, the manager on duty 8/7/24, Shawn( not certain of spelling), asked me if I paid cash and I answered yes. Immediately after my response, he asked the young man who took my order " did he pay cash ? " This went downhill from there as I pointed out that it appeared my answer was questionable and he continued to act in a condescending manner. I eventually demanded a refund for the entire order and the manager seemed very disturbed saying " I have things to do in the back". Very unacceptable management skills. I will not return to this establishment. He sarcastically said "the customer is always right".
