Ok, so first off, how in the ever-living world is this place not on the @MichelinGuide map? It's absolutely ludicrous! I've traveled the globe, sampling cuisines from every corner, but we all know the best spots are often hidden gems. This place is a prime example.Let's talk about the food. The duck liver and truffle pâté? Divine. The roasted quail with cherry Amaretto sauce? Out of this world. And don't even get me started on the Italian Wedding Cake with giant blackberries, caramel lacquer, and ice cream. Each dish is a masterpiece, and the wine pairings? Perfection.The whole menu is a wild ride of flavors and creativity. If you live here and haven't checked this place out at least once, I question your judgement!

We celebrated an 83rd birthday last night and truly a memorable experience with the chef cooking at our table side. The seafood is excellent and fresh, the service is personable and we loved the low-lighting evening atmosphere. Definitely a great experience for a special occasion overall. The art gallery and art is especially unique. Antique furniture. Highly recommend premier Chef David Todd and his staff for this 5 course one of a kind meal. We will definitely be back. Thanks Chef Todd! Loved all the fun and photos and video. The smoked CAVIAR dish was second to none. Wow, our tastebuds loved this SALMON smoked flavor. MY all-time favorite Caviar, well worth the price and experience!! Memories made.

Hands down the best dinner experience and food I’ve ever had! David and his staff are very personable and make you feel like you are being served by your own personal chef. Many of the foods served were things I had never tried, and now I can’t wait to go back for more! Highly recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for a great meal and amazing experience!!

From the beginning just amazing. Only 6 tables so you HAVE to make a reservation. Food is cooked tableside. We had the wine pairing with our meals. It looks like a sketchy location , but chef is from the area and wanted to represent. The food is being amazing, fresh, tender. 0 complaints. You must go.

Traveling around the world and eating amazing meals world wide has given me a good idea of phenomenal and mediocre food. This is without a doubt the best meal I have ever had. The food is unparalleled, the atmosphere is untouchable, and the service is tier one. You will not find a better date night idea in the panhandle or Florida at whole. It is worth every penny and more.

If we could give more than 5 stars we WOULD!! NOT only was the food, atmosphere and service OUTSTANDING... but the overall presentation was better than a Broadway show. The owner is a local returned home bringing EVERYTHING AND MORE back to the local Jewel of a place!! We have already planned another trip to Fort Walton JUST to visit for dinner. IT WAS SPECTACULAR!!! Thank you for New Orleans

Everything about our evening here was incredible! It is such a unique experience to have tableside cooking, especially for this area so I'm thrilled that we have this hidden gem in FWB! The staff were delightful and personable and paid attention to every last detail of the meal. They proudly shared information about the specialty ingredients included on this culinary adventure and how every piece of serving ware had history. It was apparent that the small staff there are radically dedicated to their craft and we could taste it in the food and feel it in the ambiance! We've eaten in a lot of fine dining restaurants and have never had a steak so flavorful and tender as the one we did at Flambe After Dark - and, I mean, NEVER, not even at Gordon Ramsey's Hell's Kitchen! We loved every bit of this meal so much that we are still raving about it a month later and have decided that we must make it an annual tradition for my birthday!

My husband and I recently celebrated our 4th wedding anniversary at Flambe After Dark in Fort Walton Beach, and it was an unforgettable experience. We enjoyed the “Summer of Love” menu with the wine pairing, and every course was delightful.

From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was enchanting. The dim lighting, soft music, and elegant mid-century decor set the perfect romantic tone for our special evening. They are incredibly attentive and made us feel truly special.

The “Summer of Love” menu was a culinary journey! Each course was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The wine (and bubbly) pairings were spot on, enhancing the flavors of each dish perfectly. Highlights for us were the steak tartare and the key lime coconut run flambéed lobster with trio of caviar.

Flambe After Dark is the perfect spot for a romantic dinner or any special occasion. We can’t wait to return!

My husband, friends that we have brought along and myself have eaten there many times and have had a private dinner at our home for our anniversary. Consistently a wonderful dinner. It's a unique and fun experience. Chef David is always a pleasure to dine with.
