A roach landed on my fathers head and then on the table while we where eating right after the food was served it wasn’t the servers fault we had a great server would not recommend

We just left. The host had a nasty attitude and did not send our wait text. When we went to check they asked to add us to the wait, we'd already been waiting over 30 minutes. We were then sat at a dirty table (chairs and floor also). The only person who seemed to care being there was the singing pirate.

Good place to eat. Food quality is good. If you are looking for all-you-can-eat shrimp 🍤 make sure to arrive 4pm to 6pm. Jordan was great, very personable. She made our visit amazing. #Tennessee #southernwithasmile

Wow, it definitely has gone downhill since I last visited. Food portions were smaller and over cooked. Definitely will not visit again.

The waitress and atmosphere were great but the food was terrible.

Rich was our server, we came right at open and were seated promplly. We ordered an appetizer and our entrees. Food came out incredibly fresh and very delicious

The AYCE deals offer a great value and are well prepared.
The ribs and sirloin kebabs were cooked very well, tender, and delicious.

Rich's customer service was really a step ahead. Quick to tend to our needs, very kind, and kept the mood light and enjoyable every time he visited our table.

Way over priced for what you get. Sorry to say the best thing on the menu is the Hush puppies!!

Food would have good if it has been hot. The temperature in the building was low key an icebox.
Sweet tea was good.

I would just like to tell you about the horrible experience we had last night . We had a big roach land on my daughter’s burger . Our entire table had only had our food for less than 5 minutes. We hadn’t even seen the waitress come around and ask if everything was correct yet . Which by the way I hadn’t received my full meal yet . As we were dealing with my daughter freaking out cause of the roach in her food , another one is going across the floor . The manager “ discounted “ our food . At first he was still charging us for our daughter’s burger and only taking $15 off the ticket. However my daughter only took one bite of burger before the roach . He did end up taking the burger off . However we still paid $70 for food NO ONE ate or enjoyed . We barely had 4 bites in before the incident. Of course we were done as who would continue to eat with a roach on the table . The manager made the comment to me that it’s normal . Well no where have I ever ate before is it normal . I didn’t want to cause a bigger scene in the restaurant so we paid and left . But I am asking for a refund as it ruined our night , no one ate and let’s be honest who would with roaches on the table.

Good food.

The food was overcooked and tasteless as well as expensive.
The vegetables that were included on the dish that I ordered did not come with my meal. I asked for them, and finally, at the end of the meal, they came and were mush and disgusting. This dining experience was one of the worst I have ever had!

This was a good place to eat for family the staff were wonderful and the food was good and had the best price of all the places we have ate in the area! Would come back again!
