Had a new drink center at the front, not to mention having to get plates and silverware, before you pay at cashier. A lot of customers are elderly, disabled and can not carry it all to a table much less a younger person without dropping it or being run into and it being spilled everywhere. Asked the manager (Cindy) about why and how it worked, she turned her back, threw her hands up and said new owners. Staff and customers not happy!! Out of chicken, NOT GOOD!! You would think someone would go to Sam's or Publix and get some!! Horrible!

I am filing another complaint, we were in this Golden Corral yesterday, the girl running the cash register was rude and, on her phone, the whole time we in the restaurant. Our waitress asked us how everything was going, we told her she is rude and unfriendly! She told us she hears that several times a day and shared that she is the daughter of the General Manager, who also hires 80% of of their family. It is obvious they are held to a lower standard of behavior than the regular employees. Knowing this, it explains the treatment we received from the waitress on our visit right before Christmas who is also a member of the family! If you are running a business, hire family, they are supposed to be held accountable and one would think behave what is expected from the procedures/rules.
It is obvious that the Management/Owners of this franchise do not care about if people return or not. No follow up from reviews or ensuring staff acts accordingly when you try to handle it internally.
I expect to have some follow through or I will take necessary steps to reach owner and the Corporate location.

1. Csilla always takes GREAT care with us when we come in - she’s the best!
2. As for our first Friday breakfast, the food was not even lukewarm - the food was cold (e.g., scrambled eggs, sausage gravy, ham, quiche, biscuits, corned beef, sausage patties were cold and tough, gnats around the fruit salad, etc.). The bacon was VERY curly and tough - not cooked like previously. Our previous breakfasts on the weekends are spot on with the warmth of the food but not today (Friday).

I can’t say enough good things about the Golden Corral on Mary Esther cutoff in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. The food is always hot and fresh and the variety is outstanding. They have a great salad bar and a wonderful dessert bar as well. The staff are always helpful and friendly and the restaurant is always clean. You could not ask for a better all-you-can-eat buffet restaurant.

Our waitress was the sweetest lady. I didn’t catch her name but she made the experience nice for me and my kids. Bathrooms were clean and food seemed fresh.
