Jersey Mike's Subs

Jersey Mikes use to be my favorite sub shop that is until the changes in quality this year. The sub roll has shrinked significantly in size and there is half as much meat on the sandwich. I will not be going back. Way to lose customers Jersey Mikes.

They are a great team and I really appreciate the great experience of calling my order in and going to pick it up with no problem, Scott was awesome (super patient for when I signed up for rewards)the food was delicious and well prepared!!!

Stopped for a quick late night dinner, 1st time Jersey Mike's customers, and we really liked our food. Customer service was great, super friendly, answered all our questions, and took care of us quickly!

Terrible service my boyfriend had just gotten off work and showed up at 8:40pm (20 minutes before close) to pick up dinner for him and I. And the guy working slammed the door in his face after rudely saying "it's clean up time" Like I'd understand if it was like 5 minutes before closing but 20 minutes? Cmon.. We just wanted 2 Philly cheese Steaks plain. Like no veggies no extra stuff. Just meat and cheese on bread. This guy was so incredibly rude, I wish I could give 0 stars.

For the sake of us who cannot leave jobs and order delivery, please know the difference between jalapeño peppers and banana peppers. And please more lettuce in the bowls. We’re subsequently asking for a salad and yet receiving the most minimal of lettuce

Good thing I checked my mobil order before I left this sub shop, they completely made my sub wrong, and when I took it back inside the looked at me like I was lieing , showed them my receipt and my order on my mobil app 3 times before they would make it right,

Took the kiddos to grab a quick bite, place was very clean, service was fast, friendly staff and the manager was very pleasant.

I love Jersey Mike’s subs. They are my favorite! The sandwich was good. The cookie I got was stale. That was upsetting. I love the cookies. I think they’re the best- just not here.Cleanliness was the issue. The man at the register cut my sandwich with the knife he cut the previous sandwich. No big deal… except! He didn’t clean it or wipe it off. So the Mayo and pepper juices from the previous sandwich were transferred to my sandwich.Additionally, they put the paper they wrote my order down on, on top of my sandwich. That’s gross.Additionally, they don’t change gloves when dealing with food and non food items.
