Jersey Mike's Subs

Everytime I go here I spend way to much money and at first before I eat I'm like damn dude this place is way to expensive for some subs. Then after my first half of my monster sub. I'm like. Ya know what. IDK wth they put in these... But they should be illegal cuz I'm hooked they are so worth the money!! . Gosh darn it they are so good. They are always busy. So tip them well they deserve it!! They do excellent service and make an addictive Sammich w.e you eat here. I promise you it will be great. But my personal fav. Cheese herb bread with the Philly with extra mushrooms and onions and add there chipotle mayo. Omgggg I need one now! 🤤🤤🤤🤤

Best atmosphere, service and food quality out of the hundreds of Jersey Mike locations I have been too. 10/10 would go back. If I could rate this 6 stars I would. Shout out to Paul, great job! 👍

Shagir and his crew were amazing at getting my food cooked and handed to me and such a time fashion. It almost had me questioned if they speed through their process. They were wonderful people to talk to and even had a couple of laughs while I was wait. DEFINITELY COMING BACK HERE

I just had, unfortunately, the most horrific dinning experience I have ever endured in my 76 years of life. I ordered on line for in store pick up ASAP (15 mins by thier estimation). When I arrived the hot sandwich I had ordered was already finished but the cold sandwich was stuck behind an order of three, yes three, party boxes. I waited an additional 20 mins before asking how long of a wait it was going to be and I ws told it would only be 2 mins. Fast forward 10 more mins and my order was finally completed. I picked up my order but the hot sandwich was now stone cold and I told the counter person I shouldn't have to pay for a cold sandwich and a refund was issued. Again as I was leaving the individual who had ordered the party boxes began to insult and berate me for making him wait for his order (misdirected anger on thier part). This store's time management system is a total failure mandating 3 small orders wait behind one very large order.. I will never return to this restraunt and I'm a local of 25 years

Where do I even begin, this has to be one of the best Jersey Mike’s I’ve been to in Florida (I’m originally from NJ). Their customer service and food quality has always been great. Thank you Shajir for making my food today (and last week and the week before that). Always busy but always make sure they can get you your food at an extremely quick turnaround without sacrificing the customer service perspective.

I go here way too much for lunch at work, food is great. Sandwiches are always on point and on time. Good argument that they are they best Jersey Mike's in the area. Always positive people and vibes, even when they are slammed busy in the summer. Shajir and the Manager are the man, but everyone else there is super cool and great at what they do.

I was a regular here but not anymore. My name got called for an order that I made on the app while I was waiting at the counter. I was waiting for the cashier to hand it to me and he turned his back and addressed someone else instead. So I grabbed my bag since he didn’t hand it to me. Then a curly haired man, who I assume was a supervisor, said we’ve had a lot of thefts lately accusing me of stealing my own order. He could have just handed me the bag himself instead of accusing me. I ordered online and expected to pick up it quickly. Have better customer service and if you don’t want people grabbing their own order actually hand it to them yourself.

Food wasn’t the issue walking in seen to kids one sleeping in booth next to sodas machine and another kid walking in and out of the kitchen touching things seems to be a part time daycare it’s not a safe place for kids to be in and around and active kitchen let alone a place of business

Oh where do I begin, I walked in 20 min before close and the guy named loudy is a complete joke. He should be fired immediately so rude didnt even care about the look of my sub real joke seems like he is only there for the money. The other guy shajir is the best guy ever he always ask me what I want and is so nice he deserves to replace that guy loudy shajir is a real good guy give him a raise best guy there 👌

This Jersey Mike’s stays super busy, but the staff does a great job keeping up with both online and walk-in orders. Even with the rush, they’re always polite and never rude.

Jersey Mikes use to be my favorite sub shop that is until the changes in quality this year. The sub roll has shrinked significantly in size and there is half as much meat on the sandwich. I will not be going back. Way to lose customers Jersey Mikes.
