The food is good, I used to love JJ’s before it was sold to Inspire Brands, now all the restaurants are forced to do so many extra things and it takes away from the “Freaky Fast” origins.

Some things I noted: No in-shop employees were wearing aprons and they're constantly contacting the cold table where they make your sandwich, portions on sandwich also seemed incorrect and not put together precisely. Employees on their phones.

Go to this Jimmy Johns if you like mayo, lettuce and wasting money. Paid and extra $16 for a toasted chicken, bacon, ranch sandwich and received a sub drowned in mayo and filled with lettuce, and almost no meat and no bacon at all.

I have eaten lunch here many times, being I work very close to this location. However, after Sunday,13 April. NEVER AGAIN. WHY? Well, the food prep area is in the open where everyone can view the process. As I was eating. I noticed a big cloud of smoke. It was from a food prep guy vapping. Then, I started to watch closely. The guy slicing the meats was wearing gloves. However, about every third slice. He shoved the meat into his mouth, then kept slicing g and maki d sandwiches.

Elise is rude. Rushed through my order when I wanted to do a couple addons. Was in drive thru for 2 min max with no else in line.
Edit: manager reached out to me, I guess it was actually someone named Angelia and Elise was the name of receipt. Manager was nice and talked to me and let me know they will fix the issue.
