Seriously what’s going on with Jimmy Johns customer service!? Went thru the drive thru around 8oclock and no one answers. Then I pull up to the window and notice some tall dorky guy just sitting on his phone with the freaking headset on!? Of course it was the same rude guy who is always rides and ignores when I come inside. Both cars in front of me ended up parking to go inside because clearly they are open. This location has the worst night crew ever. Close early if you don’t want to deal with customers after a certain time!

I Don’t come here too often but when I do they make my day AND food right every single time! The staff are amazing and so kind, sometimes you really need that happiness shared from others to keep moving forward! You guys rock and will continue to get my business! :)Vegetarian options: They can alter any sandwich!Parking: I can always find a parking spot easily!

Love this place. I eat lunch here about once a week. They are always laughing and having a good time. Always friendly, and the staff all make me feel like family. Elsie is a ninja with making the sandwiches. Never waited more than 3 minutes for my food.

Used to be a driver there. Was let go on my DAY OFF for not answering the phone as I was trying to locate the cremated remains of my father the USPS lost during shipping to Florida from Chicago. Even after showing Elsie, the store manager, why exactly I was occupied ON MY DAY OFF, she continued to tell me she can do whatever she wants. Completely unprofessional and uncalled for and the most disrespectful thing that's ever happened to me in my life. I will absolutely have no problem finding another job, But you have a supervisor fire someone on their day off for tracking a family members cremated ashes, That is completely horrible. I'm a very humble and loving person but that made me very angry. I now see why that store has such a high turnover rate. Also I wanted to add she did not even offer her condolences to the death of my family member. Ryan Marsells

First time in this one in ft. Walton. December 26th, chips were dated NOVEMBER 6th, hard and stale. Sandwiches were cold and overpriced in my opinion. Also, sweet tea was lemonade.

Drive through was closed for some reason and said the store was closed, when I called in they said they were open but the headset was broken. Went inside and it was a very unfriendly environment, no one greeted us when we got to the register or even acknowledged our existence and what seemed like the manager came to the register after 2 minutes of waiting in silence and just stared at us saying nothing until we just started our order. As we were leaving the drive through seem to be magically open again.

Had to walk out on my order yesterday. We waited a couple minutes to place an order because they were understaffed - which was ok. We placed our order and the guy walked away before we could pay and started serving the drive through line. While waiting several minutes, and while still waiting to pay we noticed the guy making sandwiches wasnt wearing a hair net on his face with a beard and had snot and boogers running down his mustache. Im not sure if the face nets are required or not, but the giant snotty booger was a deal breaker.We walked out. Which is a shame because we have always loved JJs. In review of the incident the guy rang us up either had really painful feet or was on drugs - im not sure. But Im not coming back for awhile.
