While waiting for my pizza , I witnessed the man behind the counter treat a young Latino girl like she couldn't speak English, She spoke perfect English and I couldn't believe what I was seeing from him . Then I got my pizza normally they show you the pizza 🍕 I wish I would have looked because I got home and it was black around the outer parts and charcoaled underneath it. Unbelievably poor service and terrible pizza

I ordered thru app requested crazy sauce for my pepperoni puffs it wasn’t in portal when I picked up prefer didn’t know i had to ask for the sauce before I left. They need to give a prompt to ask for sauce on portal orders. Really disappointed.

Terrible service at the one addressed 115a Racetrack rd. in Fort Walton Bch. This Old lady just wouldn't take my order. She took the guys order in front of me and then went to start making ten pizza's. I was the only one left in line and was just going to order from Hot-N-Ready.....Im unsure if she was just racist, an asshole, or just insanely enept at her job but I will never be back- Terrible

This is ONLY for the one on Racetrack Road. Incredibly slow. As a Doordasher I shouldnt have to wait 15 plus minutes since it was already ordered. Young man up front hardly smiled.. Just didnt seem to want to be there.

I much prefer the Little Caesar's on Mary Esther Cutoff. Good food, good service, friendly people.

I did an online order I get there and it's not even in the oven yet, so they have us wait around with no where to sit. It's irritating. They have people walking in and out picking up ordered that went even pre ordered.

First time ordering here. I’ve lived here 20 years and had their pizzas recently so gave it a shot. Ordered at ~8pm, delivery was supposed to be by 9. I get notified that the driver has picked up the order at 8:22. 8:28 my delivery is cancelled.

This is not a reflection on the pizza, and in all honesty, the door dash driver is at fault. The problem is the employees have zero power when it comes to fixing an issue. I could not be refunded or schedule a re delivery without calling a corporate (door dash or little Cesar’s) entity. I eventually came and picked up my order at 9, and the pizza is good. I think the staff did what they could but proceed with caution

Well, let's see, while sometimes the pizza tastes nicely made, it comes down to who attends you for both service and quality. For a prime example is the crazy bread, it's form changes a lot compared to hot it's advertised differently

Went in at 8:25 Sunday October 6 ask for a half and half pizza Black man gave me faces like he didn’t want to do it, I asked if I could also get the jalapeño sauce he rolled his eyes like he just didn’t want to be there, plus the pizza wasn’t even half and half, when my order was done I went in and he went to go broom and was moving his hand like he wanted me to leave already, I went in politely I had no problem with this man but very poor costumer service.

Easy ordering on the Little Caesars App. Specials and prices are good! When my Pizza was ready, I was notified via email, with slot # for pick up. Order was perfect and pizza was hot & delicious! Can even add a tip online~easy peasy!
