The staff don’t care AT ALL!!!!

She was being mean to me and my friends never got the food. Got our order wrong. and she told us never to come back she said she doesn’t like people like us

We went in there and the two people ignored us for a whole 10 minutes and when I asked the lady if they were open she completely ignored us very good also the man's butt crack was showing and she wasn't using gloves. Pretty gross and rude.

Yesterday I posted a review regarding your Veterans Day special. Was not a good post, but now I see it's been deleted.

Place has nothing ready ever.

I called a placed an order for my daughter volleyball team since I was providing the meal for the day. Valerie made sure the pizza was hot and ready when we arrived to pick it up. She communicated well with me. We totally spaced out getting napkins for the girls and she had a bag full ready for us without us even asking. It’s hard to find good service in restaurants and fast food places these days she does an excellent job in every aspect. When we arrived to pick up the pizzas she had also donated two pizzas to the team! We are very appreciative and love to see the extra steps she took! It definitely shows she enjoys her jobs and is a great asset to the team!

While waiting for my pizza , I witnessed the man behind the counter treat a young Latino girl like she couldn't speak English, She spoke perfect English and I couldn't believe what I was seeing from him . Then I got my pizza normally they show you the pizza 🍕 I wish I would have looked because I got home and it was black around the outer parts and charcoaled underneath it. Unbelievably poor service and terrible pizza

I ordered thru app requested crazy sauce for my pepperoni puffs it wasn’t in portal when I picked up prefer didn’t know i had to ask for the sauce before I left. They need to give a prompt to ask for sauce on portal orders. Really disappointed.

Terrible service at the one addressed 115a Racetrack rd. in Fort Walton Bch. This Old lady just wouldn't take my order. She took the guys order in front of me and then went to start making ten pizza's. I was the only one left in line and was just going to order from Hot-N-Ready.....Im unsure if she was just racist, an asshole, or just insanely enept at her job but I will never be back- Terrible

This is ONLY for the one on Racetrack Road. Incredibly slow. As a Doordasher I shouldnt have to wait 15 plus minutes since it was already ordered. Young man up front hardly smiled.. Just didnt seem to want to be there.

I much prefer the Little Caesar's on Mary Esther Cutoff. Good food, good service, friendly people.
