LongHorn Steakhouse

It was a busy night tonight things were taking a bit to come out but we had a server who thankfully was good at his job. We caught his name, it was Sawyer, there had been an issue with the food not being delivered on time. We were assured of it being worked on and received generous service. He is a good server who cares a lot about his craft. It was a busy looking night, but that didn’t slow him down. He made the instability of our night simmer down some. Thankful to have had him on our side tonight. Hopefully everyone enjoyed him just as much as we did. The food was not the main-star of the show tonight, but service was stellar! Ask for him when you come in, you won’t be disappointed.

I have to say I was disappointed at this location. The menu for lunch was small and their steak sandwich wasn't on it which is what I wanted. I didn't want to break the bank for lunch. The chicken sandwich and burger were okay but I'm used to Longhorns being great.

Place was filthy dirty smelled like dirty mop water. I ordered the grilled pork chops. I'm pretty sure they weren't grilled. Overcooked and dry. Restrooms had no paper towels. Management, was doing interviews at dinner time in the dining room. Very unprofessional.

Pretty basic. Service is just okay. Steaks are not the best of Longhorns potential. Destin location way better..

Food took awhile to come out, but I was enjoying my company. So that was OK. We ordered spinach artichoke dip. Steaks salad and loaded bake potato. Calli (Cc) our waitress was so friendly and attentive. The manager also came out to check on us. Food was perfectly cooked and tasty. Loved it!!

The bartenders here are wonderful! There were 3 women at the end of the bar continuously interrupting and the bartenders were so patient. One woman eventually started trash talking the female bartender until she was about to cry. I asked her to get her manager so she went to speak privately instead. The manager did nothing to protect his employees. These women continued to make entitled demands, interrupting while the bartenders were trying to take orders, being rude and obnoxious. I wanted to pay for their food to go, just so they'd leave. The entire time the bartenders put up with this nonsense.

I love the food and service here. They have plenty of gluten free options and the restaurant is always clean.

15 minutes to get a draft beer and there is barely anybody in here. Last time I was here I got up and left because the service was so slow. Service at this place is absolutely terrible since Katie left.

Sawyer was our server and he was awesome food is good like any other longhorns but service was great

Took my gorgeous fiance out for birthday Dinner. Big Mike was our server. Couldnt have asked for better service. Food was great. Mike was totally attentative, on key with everything. Thanks Big Mike.

The service was great. Our food was really good. Everyone ordered steaks from t-bones to sirloin to ribeyes. Everyone enjoyed their meals and no issues with the food. I would highly recommend this place.
